Absolutely great experience with Responsible Equity Release and their representative Rebecca Moore, answered all our questions with integrity and honesty which assured us that we were going the correct way to release equity from the property to help the family. The whole process was handled with respect, Rebecca couldn’t have been more helpful, the communication was direct and timely, and after agreeing on a provider the the whole process was completed extremely quickly, which obviously is fantastic.
Once again couldn’t recommend Rebecca enough and will definitely recommend the company and especially Rebecca to anyone who asks us about the process.

Throughout the process Sharon was pleasant, helpful and knowledgeable and made sure that we understood exactly what was happening. She delt with any problems quickly and efficiently so our experience was anxiety free.

Responsible Life sent out their rep Brett Humphrey to our home. He explained how Equity Release worked and said he would find the best deal for us. After discussing our needs with a few companies he found one that would agree to lend us the amount we needed to upgrade our cottage. There were a few delays along the way and Brett continued to update us and support us. Eventually we received our money and we are able to start the renovations. We would recommend Brett as a great rep for Responsible Life.

Tennessee was very helpful throughout the whole process. She clearly explained each step of the journey and ensured we knew what was required from each party to ensure everything ran smoothly. First of all what a great company to deal with and excellent staff. We had the pleasure of Paul Wrightson who guided us through the various stages with great professionalism. His ability to explain in a nice and understandable way was a great plus. Paul is a chap who is welcome to our home any time.

Kristian Moore proved an absolute high point in our journey through the provision of a Lifetime Mortgage. At the initial visit to our home, for fact-finding before any recommendations, he listened intently, grasped a complex situation with ease and then researched the best solution. I cannot stress just how impressive his demeanour was and what a perfect solution he was able to provide. Very well done indeed

Our adviser, Tony Hewkin, was instrumental with obtaining for us an offer for a life time mortgage to purchase a new build home. He guided us patiently through the on boarding process and then kept close to us as the conditions of the offer were fulfilled and the offer kept being renewed as the house was built. The final days for completion were made easier when Tony intervened to confirm funds would be available on the day of completion. We even got the keys at 3.30 on the day of completion. We would recommend Tony to anyone interested in a life time mortgage for either purchase or equity release. Thank you, Tony

Our advisor, Mr David La Haye, was professional, understanding and above all gave us confidence in himself and his knowledge of the subject. We spent about an hour with him in our home, he explained all the options and weather he felt they fitted our needs or not. The whole process was explained with any questions answered. He was on hand if we needed to clarify anything and kept us updated throughout the process.
