Confusing use of website
I tried to use the website but decided not to use any of their products. Nevertheless, I got billed for a subscription I didn't know that I had. The money was taken without my consent. I wrote to the company and they responded fairly quickly. At first they told me that I could not have a full refund and tried to give me a product instead. I pushed with wanting a full refund, and they finally agreed to do so. I would have appreciated more clarity when using the website to begin with, and for them to have given me a full refund the first time I asked. Giving three stars because they answered quickly and agreed to a refund.
