I happened upon this site and was intrigued, so I took a quiz and I mistakenly must have signed up without realizing it. Months later I was reviewing my bank statement and saw that I had been charged automatically since October! I immediately sent an email to Respontika and was happily surprised to find they'd replied the same day! I explained that I had not known that I did the membership and that I had never went back to their site again for any reason. I didn't fill out my birthdate or profile info which made it obvious I hadn't known I was a subscriber. They looked into it and realized it had been an accident all along and they next surprised me with a variety of solutions to choose from. Now, I would have loved to be a subscriber since they're very accurate and I know others who have subscribed, however I simply cannot afford this and I chose to receive a refund for the months I paid but never used . They were so pleasant and truly willing to help me resolve my issue and believe it or not, the very next day I had a total refund as well as a 45 page report showing me what's to come for my life!! I am beyond pleased and I will truly become a member as soon as funds are coming in steadily. I hope thats what my report will say!!!! Im mentioning Natalie Quinn to show how impressed I was with their team of honest and caring people! Thank you Respontika and Natalie and team!!!!
