Unauthorized charges / Refund request and data deletion
In November 2025, I paid approximately €1 to view my report and downloaded your app. I realized that I was not interested in the service and deleted the app.
I was never warned that a subscription would be activated, nor did I receive any emails with information about a subscription or upcoming charges. However, a subscription was automatically set up without my consent.
I was charged €19.99 in January and €39.99 in February. This is completely unacceptable.
I demand a full refund of all funds deducted after my initial payment for the report. I also request the immediate deletion of my account and all my personal data.
