Do not buy from these guys they are are the worst in all aspects quality, delivery and customer service .
We ordered from ebay and had to wait almost two months for delivery (until they had multiple orders in my city/area). Also ebay has 30 day guarantee, they make sure it is delivered after 30 days so customers cannot file for any complaints or returns with ebay.

As far as the quality is concerned, the bed frame was made with very cheap materials and poor construction. It broke within few days. But these guys would not accept return and kept trying to sell us a different model bed with higher prices.

Now my old parents are stuck with this bed.

Purchased a Pocket Sprung Memory Foam Combi Adjustable Electric bed Mattress "FIRM" 4FT6 Double 28th Dec 2022. for £500 First they delivered the wrong mattress so cancelled the ebay order and delivered the correct one on the 25th Jan 2023 which I paid for over the phone. With just 9 months of use and the mattress had no FIRMNESS left in it, I am around 84 kilos so not that heavy , sit on it and it collapses to just 3" thick ! , Emailed Restacare on the 14th October, 16th October we talked on the phone they said they would email me with a offer to sort it out but they never did. I emailed them again 28th October no reply . since then I have been in hospital had surgery so I let things go and now back to full health I enquired how long the guarantee period was on the £500 bed I purchased thinking it might have at least a 2 year or even a 5 year warranty . I was told just a 12 month warranty and in their words :-
We do other mattresses that are far superior that come with a longer guarantee but obviously they cost more The ebay range is much with compromises and is this reflects in the 1 year warranty on a mattress

Deceiving customers,very sly when pricing the beds, won’t be upfront with costs and the negative comments and honest views on here are exposing restacare, shows how low this company will dupe too disabled customers, they say they competitive but won’t be honest with you or take your money then demand more, like the poor cancer victim. My advice avoid this company or be a victim like many consumers. Don’t be fooled in there fake reviews on there website!! Fiction reviews made by the owner. Disgraceful behaviour!

I ordered a mattress end retainer bars to prevent the mattress slipping off an electric bed. The parts arrived promptly and appeared not to fit. I contacted restacare and they were very helpful and suggested an alternative. The bars actually did fit in the end and I was grateful for the support I received.

I ordered a part from their ebay site - promised delivery at a specific time. It didn’t arrive! Tried to contact the company - their server is down! Tried to ring - no answer!

Luckily I’ve used PayPal with their ‘pay after delivery’ service.

All I can say at the moment is to avoid this company!

We went through the process of choosing the electric bed and mattress for my Mum who has cancer. There were lots of choices at good price to choose from and we chose their company as it was the most competitive. We payed for the item on line and then got a phone call to say ooh we can’t do it for that!!’ Horrid people making money out of sick customers wasting precious time we didn’t have. Now hoping refund has come through. Definitely give this company a massive body swerve and they also do an eBay site.
