!!AVOID!!

AVOID!!
I would like to draw your attention to some socalled "Shops" on IG that sell a cheap ripoffs of designer lamps like the "Wick" candlestick lamp. These are socalled "Drop-shippers" from China, that sell cheap ALI/Temu quality under the guise of being either based in Sweden or in NL. Restaurant.Lightning (so called based in Sweden) Ambiance-Verlichting (so called based in NL) and Creative.Lightning_. It is very frustrating to connect with any of these, they either do not react at all (Restaurant.Lightning), or keep stalling, by sending multiple emails (AmbianceVerlichting). Pls read further on Trustpilot for reference. Avoid at all costs! If there is a problem you will probably loose the money you payed for these phony products!

UPDATE: 07 Feb. 2025: Contacted Klarna for a refund but to no avail at this point. They seem to have had contact with this webshop, and Klarna received proof that the item was sent. But when I send them an email, they do not react. I wrote them I wanted to cancel my order, they did not react. I wrote them I would refuse the parcel at the door, they did not react. So I refused the parcel at the door and it went back to them, but they've never let me know if they had received it, off course, what else is new with these criminals! There is no returnaddress on the shippinglabel (very clever) only *****, so I have no proof really it was sent back to them, only the shipping-code. Klarna paused my payment again, so let's see what happens next! AVOID at all costs, or you loose your money if there is a problem!

UPDATE: 18 Feb. 2025
Finally received an answer from the shop. They want to do a re-delivery and then I can send the parcel back to them! Now, if they can re-deliver they know the location of the parcel, as they first stated it would be in a location close to my address and after a certain time will be destroyed.
I replied that I don't want a re-delivery but want my money back. Since they are lying about the location of their webshop, it is not in Sweden but in China, I think I am, by law, not beholden to anything they state in their policies. There are also discrepancies in their refund policies, as required by law.
Will update when I know more!

Update: 20 Feb. 2025
This morning I found out that this webshop changed it's name, at least in the Klarna App from Restaurant.Lightning to Nordic Empire AB.
Contacted Klarna again, they paused my payment again and they will look into it, again. If this goes on like this I'm going to go to my lawyer.
AVOID AT ALL COSTS!

Broke after 1st use

I purchased a Nordic candlestick light as a gift for my wife for Christmas. It was delivered on 11/14/24 and first used on 12/25/24. It was used once, then suddenly died and will not charge. The company has not responded to any emails. I would avoid this company. As others have noted, the products are shipped directly from China.

Returns awful China based!

Do not use this company, products come from China. They are not UK based if you don’t like it returns are a total nightmare! You have to find the unique tariff code and the recipients tax code , enough said. Avoid

Do not order from this company

Do not order from this company. I ordered two rechargeable lamps for a total of $160.00 US. I got a notice package sent then tracking system did not change for over a week. I contacted vendor and got a glib response with no indication of delivery. A week later, the tracking system had not changed. I contacted the vendor several times that week with absolutely no response. I then cancelled the order — still no response. Following that I contacted my bank to file a fraud claim.

Very disappointing paid-back-policy

I wanted to send back the articles as they didn't meet my expectations qualitywise as they are from China and not from Scandinavia how you can read in the website. So it turned out that I should have to send the articles back to CHINA!!! on my costs which is of course ridiculous as the transports costs would be higher than what I paid for 2 lamps. Yes they offered me a price reduction but still I have paid for two lamps which I do not like at all and one of those is even broken and I can't use it is not possible to recharge it!!! All not very serious and very disappointing. So the paidback- and send-back-policy is totally fake!
