You responded quickly to my problem and reacted far better than most companies, who in my experience either don't respond at all or try to blame the issue on me.

There was a piece missing, I had barely begun the puzzle. I reported this and within a couple of days was told I could have either a refund or a new puzzle, I chose the latter, was given a choice and it arrived yesterday, free of charge. Thank you!

Just got a puzzle from Rest in Pieces and I’m loving it! Fast delivery, and the quality is spot on. Pieces fit together so nicely, and the design somehow looks even better in person!!.. Definitely going to be ordering from them again soon. Highly recommend if you’re into jigsaws!

Rest In Pieces quality is the most reliable and consistent. RIP has a mid to upper tier in pricing for me and glad I can afford them. Their puzzle pieces are rigid like chips and fit together quite snappily. The prints are always clear. Honestly that’s all I want, and not every manufacturer can get these basics right.

I have bought several as gifts over the years for jigsaw loving friends and relatives as they do some really interesting and challenging Art works and designs. There is a good selection of Art works to choose from and they update.
They deliver quickly and I presumed the jigsaws were of good quality. I dont do jigsaws myself. I am an artist and that keeps me busy enough.
I was very disappointed recently that
that the recipient of one of their jigsaws, despite thoroughly enjoying the challenge, couldn't complete the jigsaw because there was one piece missing! This friend is super careful and would not have misplaced a piece.
I contacted Rest in pieces and received no personal response whatsoever. It could have been a while after the initial purchase. People get round to doing the puzzles in their own time.
I can only presume they either havent time for customer care or didnt think it was a problem for someone to spend hours working to solve a puzzle that was incomplete. As the giver of this gift I felt so upset for my friend. She had been posting her progress on a Whatsapp group otherwise I may never have known that I had given an imperfect gift.
Yes mistakes can happen, but I was very surprised that someone from Rest in Pieces didnt have time to drop a short email to acknowledge this.
There is nothing quite as useless as an incomplete puzzle.You wouldnt pass it on to anyone else to do after you. I did send photographic proof.
I wrote again shortly after submitting this review.I was quickly contacted by Rest in Pieces saying they never received my email.
After some exchange of emails they have quickly offered me 20% discount on the next purchase.

As other reviewers, I discovered after purchasing a jigsaw at £27.99, they distribute through purchasing from another company, from whom I could have purchased directly for £16.99.
No customer service response for a refund despite contacting then 3 times !!!!

I have spent over two hundred pounds on jigsaws from this company. I loved them, difficult and exciting to complete.

And then!!!!!!! I have just found out that they take the order and outsource elsewhere to have them delivered. Delivery was spasmodic as address varied considerably.

Worst of all I found out that the out sourced suppliers charge around 50% less than Rest In Pieces charge!!!!!!

So my view is…..Find your choice of jigsaw elsewhere. I am bitterly disappointed.

Flat out theft. Order never arrived. I wrote to them twice but no reply. They had the hide to keep sending promotional e-mails for more things I might not want to be sent.

Their website gives the impression that they are selling carefully sourced, high-quality jigsaws - they have a whole values statement and everything. But when I placed my order for a £20 jigsaw, I received a parcel a few days later from Amazon with a gift note from Rest in Pieces. I looked up the puzzle on Amazon and it was selling for £5.98. They seem to be advertising products for sale on their website and then ordering them direct to the consumer from Amazon with a gift note, then pocketing the difference. If I'd wanted a cheap jigsaw puzzle from Amazon, I would have bought a cheap jigsaw puzzle from Amazon. I was really annoyed. In fairness, when I complained they responded to me quickly and agreed to give me a full refund (I had to return the puzzle to Amazon, of course!).

These are really difficult jigsaw puzzles because the pieces aren't conventionally cut. It really was the most difficult jigsaw I have ever done and I absolutely loved it. On many occasions I thought that it was impossible but after many, many enjoyable hours I completed it.

I received a quick response to my question and an unexpectedly generous solution that cemented my already positive view of Rest In Pieces. I'm excited to share the my puzzles with someone and hopefully bring them into the fold. Treated me like I was a person and not just another email. That's rare in today's world. I'm very impressed.

Complete losers but actual choice of word will not be accepted. Just don’t buy from them

Don’t believe their values statement on their ‘About’ page of the website. You think you’re dealing with quality people producing quality puzzles for a quality Company. Total rip-off site. They don’t produce puzzles themselves but source from elsewhere then mark it up by a huge amount. You think you’re paying for a real quality product and hence the price. YOU’RE NOT!

Item did not arrive. Not marked as despatched. Customer service was not responsive to calls, texts, emails, or WhatsApp until I received one reply that said the responsibility lay with courier (note: not marked as despatched).
I continue to message them requesting refund as I no longer want the item (which has not been despatched).

I paid via PayPal so have to wait 180 days.

Do not buy, do not trust.

Jigsaw puzzle bought from this company was shipped to us directly from Amazon but for £6 more than buying it on Amazon in the first place. (The other puzzle I purchased was only £1 more than Amazon, so the total of the rip off was £7.)
