A complete waste of money

This item I paid just short of £90 for now I see it advertised for a fraction of the price. It doesn't help my back in the slightest. In fact it makes it worse. Took absolutely ages to arrive and it is useless. The heat part of it gets unbearably hot. This cannot be safe not getting it as hot as it does. Nobody bothers to respond to my e mail complaint.

Restiva spine massager

I ordered the spine massager. Just kept getting e-mails saying delivery tomorrow but nothing arrived. E-mail from David Harper stating it would be delivered and he would refund the payment. Nothing happened. Weeks later I received a neck massager which is useless. He has not responded to my e-mails. Do not under any circumstances buy from this person. It is a scam!

An absolute scam!

An absolute scam. Avoid. Item has not arrived, Royal Mail tracking number does not work or is fake. Unable to contact company (Chinese based). Advert stated item was from Uk , had I known otherwise I would not have ordered. Bank now processing a charge back refund.

This company is a likely a scam

This company is a likely a scam. I have tried to contact them - supposed UK company, however address is in Italy, email contact "sunnyorange@.....". Warning bells. The contact email address bounced numerous times. The shipping notice - read and be warned. At first I thought they had been hacked but apparently not, tried to find on FB and they have disappeared. Please be aware that this is not what it seems.

Absolutely avoid this company

Absolutely avoid this company. Delivery very poor even after the so call MD David Harper personally guaranteed delivery. When the product finally arrived( after i had started a claw back from my card company). Straightaway I could see the quality of the packaging was cheap and nasty not what you would expect to find in a supposedly quality item. 3 items in a flimsy plastic bags. I didnt even have to take the product out of its plastic bag to tell this item was really poor quality. Most probably cost about £4.50 to make if that. As the delivery time was so long I decided now seeing the actual item i didn't want to waste my hard earned cash on rubbish. I have contacted the company a number of time but not even the courtesy of a reply. Please avoid if you dont want to be frustrated and disappointed.

Ive been trying to contact

Ive been trying to contact - my emails come back undelivered
there's no telephone number to call
I did believe this was a genuine company & paid £89.90 for the device - after a few weeks it started to cease vibration properly and wanted to report this. But there's no way they will let you get in touch with them

Not from UK as stated in adverts

Not from UK as stated in adverts. The quick delivery from a milton Keynes warehouse is a lie. The info@ email address sends you an acknowledge of order, then a tracking number, then nothing. The tracking number sent with royal mail goes nowhere, it just says awaiting arrival from sender. Emails querying the delay in arrival initially are responded to by a another from David ( itbis sn Italian email address) saying that they had run out, but a new batch is going through quality control and will be sent thst week. It doesn't arrive, tracking still says awaiting arrival. Send another email to info at returned undelivered. Copied in to David@ no reply. Opened a case with card company who said they will investigate, if no response from seller I would get a refund. Refund to my card issued. Two weeks later ( today) a parcel arrived, with what aooears to be the device in it ( I did not open the inner packaging) different tracking number, and to return send back to a shipping warehouse.
Emailed, cop to david@ emsil bounced.
Sent another direct to David@ saying no longer require, we have been refunded please arrange collection from me if you require return.
My advise? Don't order from this company, it is not a UK product from a Milton keynes warehouse, and its not worth the hassle or time.

Ordered Spine Massager that never came. SCAM

Ordered Spine Massager in February when there was supposed to be stock in Milton Keynes warehouse.
After 2 weeks no sign of item. Messaged them. Got a reply supposedly from David stating they had been overwhelmed by orders. Further emails not answered.
Despite emails saying it was on its way, with courier etc. it has not materialised.
Website now not taking orders.
Obviously a scam despite me checking out as far as I could before ordering.
