I'm in Australia suffering from a chronic illness which leaves me feeling isolated and frustrated. Although retired, I'm 63 and unable to pursue the interests that I would like to. Rest Less has given me many valuable craft ideas, painting, cooking, recipes etc that I can still undertake regardless of my ability level. It does not cater for my social isolation and connection. I believe there are ways and means around this and connection is everything, no matter where you are in the world. Caring is Sharing!!! surely there must be others like myself. Those living with chronic illnesses need support from all avenues.
