They're hosting servers which are involved about harassment against teenagers. Multiple report done, and they told as their customer pay they don't look their activity, so they keep providing their services to them, leaking all IP and email address.

WORST MEMBER RESTORING PLATFORM TO EVER EXIST
WORST MEMBER RESTORING PLATFORM TO EVER EXIST, they lost all my members when my server got termed which the whole reason for restore cord is to not lose members when/ if your server gets termed. They have also lost every member to ever verify with restore cord in the past, my friend that had over 40k members in his server lost all of them due to restore cord losing their whole member data base. They wont give me a refund after losing all my members while being a good paying customer for a little over 2 years. I also have a picture of one of the senior admins saying that restore cord is one of the buggiest member restoring platforms ever so there's that. Dont EVER use restore cord, they are the worst platform for members, ,all they do is lose your members then blame it on you. Switch to Vault Cord or Guild Mergers. With Vault Cord you can export all your members from shitty restore cord and import them into Vault Cord and start right where you left off, both Vault Cord and Guild Mergers have NEVER lost anyone's members.

Great Support Team and their product is great
I had forgoten that Restorecord will Renew my payment every year. Because i deleted my discord server i didnt need to use their service anymore. So when they charged me the 30€ I opened a support ticket and they awnsered my Ticket instantly. I told them that i had forgoten my password but i wanted to cancel my member ship. So i showed them payment proof and they refunded me instantly and canceled my subscription. I never had any issues with their product and i can recommend it to everyone who is searching for a discord backup tool
