best purchase I have ever made, The company is the best in quality and delivery.

The restored oak bureau is great, much admired! Exactly how we thought it would be, thank you so much.
We were kept in touch about the delivery, which was late, but due to very bad road conditions. The delivery men were very good , polite and kind even after a horrendous journey! So taking this opportunity to say to both the restorers and the delivery people a BIG thank you.

Gorgeous vintage dresser, delivered by 2 of the nicest blokes you can meet.

We found the beautifully restored French Dresser online in the Restored Furniture Sale and fell in love with it.
A little concerned that it was too far away to view it, but so many photos from all angles helped in our decision to buy it.
We were thrilled to also be supporting such a fantastic Christian Charity which changes people's lives. Hope to use this company again in the future.
The payment was easy, delivery was arranged quickly and efficiently and made by a couple of friendly guys from Betel the charity who do the restoration as it was a large piece.
They started out very early in snowy weather to get here.
The dresser is all we had hoped for.

I am now in receipt of my bookcase / display cabinet. I looks really good and came well packed and delivered on the day/time stated. The colour is good and almost fits in with my oak furniture. My only concern is that it was advertised as oak. The top is oak and the sides are oak veneer but the framework and doors are most definitely not oak. A considerable amount of time and effort has been put into this product and it does look good, however had the colour not matched my existing furniture, it would have been returned. In future it might be wise to advertise this type of furniture a little more accurately.

The whole experience from purchase to delivery was first class. The item is gorgeous, beautifully and sympathetically restored. It arrived so well packed and delivery was very prompt. Brilliant all round!!!

Clear information on the website with many photographs so that there could be no doubt about the quality of the item we were purchasing - we bought a glass fronted bookcase that had been restored to a very good level which we were really happy with - the quality and careful restoration of the bookcase has made a lovely addition to our home. We were also impressed with the speed and execution of the delivery. Would happily use the Company again.

The website site attracted me to the piece of furniture I was looking for, and I was able to phone to discuss the dimensions that were important for it to fit in a space (I think it was Nelson I spoke to). I bought the dresser and Restored Furniture looked after it for us until we were ready for delivery after we had some new flooring installed. Delivery was excellent - at the pre arranged time, by courteous and friendly staff.
We will definitely use Restored Furniture again!

I ordered a gorgeous Mangowood Wardrobe from Betel. It is simply divine - a true masterpiece and the craftsmanship is very clearly evident in the piece.
The purchase was easy and customer service incredible. I was looked after throughout the process by Dan at the Nottingham office who was happy to fit a hanging rail into the wardrobe at no extra cost and organised a speedy delivery of the wardrobe all the way from Nottingham to Ashford! Amazing service. Thank you to everyone involved.

Good to do business with. Furniture was as advertised, however it was damaged in transit. Offer was made immediately to either take it back for repair or pay for local repair. Went for the second option and everything went smoothly.
