Picked up this shirt and shorts combo. Designs pretty eye-catching, perfect for a casual hangout or vacation vibe. Price is reasonable, though it took a solid two weeks to get here. Packaging could improve—felt a bit flimsy. Worth improving shipping speed.

Decent shirt overall, colors pop nicely, but fabric feels slightly stiff. Softening could elevate comfort. Consider adjusting sleeve length too.

Ordered the jumper with the stand out highland cows on it .. a nice wooly jumper … what I received was trash… it was going to be a Xmas present ..not now it’s in the bin… you cannot return your item .. and get nowhere with the company … a total waste of money … please people do not buy from this company.

I ordered a cardigan for my wife’s birthday. The picture of what I chose showed on my receipt which I have a screen shot of. I was sent an awful looking polyester thing that looked quite different to the picture of what was advertised and in my receipt. I contacted customer services and they claim that they sent the correct one. They offer to send me $4 in compensation when this cost $39 not including postage. They are not interested that the picture shown in my receipt is different to what they have sent. I have tried to be reasonable and respectful, but these people are from the low depths and don’t appear to give any thought whatsoever to what service they provide. Do not buy from these people, poor example of an all round good buying experience.

DONT NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY!! They are con artists. They do not reply to emails. I paid $56 for a disgusting jacket that isnt the same as I ordered. It says KNITTED jacket and WHAT YOU GET IS A EXTREMELY cheap shiney nylon jacket that my nan wouldn’t even wear.. it’s vile beyond words!!! PLEASE HEED THESE WORDS AS I WOULDNT LIKE SOMEONE ELSE TO GET SCREWED OVER LIKE I DID!!! It’s a shame I can’t put the pictures up for this review.

What I received wasn't what was advertised. I don't know if this was because I'm in the UK but I'm extremely disappointed by the service.

Do not buy from this company. Ordered cardigan and got something of such poor quality that was not what what was advertised. It was so cheap and nasty we just binned it. Definitely do more research on these online companies in the future. If I could give zero stars I would.

I order clothing from RESTVID and when it arrived, it had a pen mark on the front of the garment. I tried to go onto their website by the virus guard on my laptop said it was a dangerous website. I sent them an email of complaint. They asked me to send them pictures, which I did. They then replied saying the pictures were in the wrong format so I resent them. The replied offering $3 as compensation and to keeo the garment. I replied saying no. They have now offered me $7. I have refused that too. The garment isnt wearable in its current condition. I am now going to raise a case with PayPal.

Horrendous company. Spent over £100 on this site, what arrived was nothing compared to what was pictured or described. So when I tried to get a refund and return the items they told me no, I asked again and they said they could give me $6. In which I replied with no I need a full refund for items that are not useful or described. They said we should just give the items to friends but they are too expensive to just give away when we require a refund. Shocking company with disappointing customer service. AVOID

I ordered what i thought was a swatshirt in a medium size. It arrived and was at least a 50 inch chest and was not in my opinion sweatshirt material. I asked how i could return it and get a refund. They said they sent what i ordered and offered me a 5USD refund. Thats £3.82!!! For something totally useless!!! Disgusted.

If I could give them zero stars I would!! Been through so much to get a little shirt. The tracking had it all over the place and then they said it was at the post office. Checked the post office but they had nothing. Now Restvivid is telling me they need to charge for shipping fees and the product not being sent back to the warehouse...TERRIBLE COMPANY!!!!!!!!!!

My husband ordered a jumper from this company and received the biggest load of rubbish. Not a jumper and the quality is very poor. Don’t provide details to contact them or return goods for a refund. Save your money and don’t buy anything from them. Con artists.

Ordered 3 sweaters. 2 came after about 2 months. Weren't bad but run small, overall cheap and will pill soon. 1was even later arriving and was most definitely not what the pictures looked like. Impossible to return. After over a dozen emails they offered me a $5 credit. Would not give me an address to return it to.

Can’t even describe how unbelievably crooked this site is. Advertising nice looking clothing and send you junk that wasn’t worth the price of a shipping label. Took over a month. Will be getting ALL my money back….

If I could give zero stars I would. Awful product that looks nothing like the photographs. Material is horrendous and you cannot return it. 100% cheap Chinese crap. Customer service just send you the same useless replies….. it will be expensive to return to China. Told them that’s fine but no refund. Avoid

Ordered 14th Dec 2023, arrived today 11/1/24, I wish I'd never bothered ordering this Garage Sale looking Garment, total cost of US Price $46.00, approx UK £36+ The product is rubbish and worth about Fiver UK Price, I was about to purchase a blue jumper but I'm certainly glad I thought twice, when this company reply "IF) I will further my comments on this site.I have contacted my UK Bank regards this Seller whom I gather will not reply to Customers, it is now in the hands of my Banks Fraud Dep. I advise disapointed Byers do the same and get this selling site taken down.

Good quality clothes. Mom loved it. Worth the price. I bought a blue denim jacket last week.
