I cancelled my subscription but was…
I cancelled my subscription but was still charged $29.99 twice without authorization afterward. I resume.io about this issue multiple times and never received a single response. There’s no way to reach a real person when there’s a billing problem — support is completely unresponsive. Extremely disappointing experience with a company that keeps charging customers this way.

Fraudulent Transactions
I do not have an account for this company but somehow they have managed to take a monthly payment of £18.49 since April this year. I only noticed the amount by chance and I have not authorised any payment to come out of my account. I am now £92.45 and have never had any service from the company.

They have scammed me and started charging my credit card $30 a month across multiple credit cards, multiple times. They are a scammer org and started charging me again after cancelling my account. There is no way to contact them other than a form on their website. Terrible service, has stolen hundreds from me while unemployed

Auto-Tailor does not follow the link I provide
It doesn't allow me to enter a link to the ACTUAL job that I want your system to Auto-Tailor my resume to fit. It always puts a bunch of jobs below but my job (for which I provided the link for LinkedIn) is not anywhere in that list. It proceeds to tailor my resume to the first job showing since it won't search out my actual link. This is not good.
