I discovered that ResumeCoach has been charging my card every month since April 2022 — for almost four years — for a subscription I did not knowingly maintain.
When I first contacted their support team, they told me there was no account associated with my email address. Only later did they suddenly claim that another account existed under a different email.
I had already contacted them about these charges in October 2025, yet the charges continued. After multiple emails and complaints, they refunded only one single payment and refused to refund the rest.
Over the years, these charges have accumulated to a very large amount.
When I asked for a full review and refund, they refused and referred to their “terms and conditions”.
After researching online, I discovered that many other users report the exact same experience — a small initial payment followed by recurring subscription charges that people are often unaware of.
In my opinion, these subscription practices are extremely misleading and unfair to customers.
I strongly advise anyone considering using this service to check their bank statements carefully and be very cautious.
I will continue pursuing this case through my credit card provider and consumer protection authorities.

I used 14 days Full Access plan and they keep charging 29.95 montly a yearly price and you can't cancel it.
I used 14 days Full Access plan, but it keep charging 29.95 USD every next month even after you clicked cancel membership.
And the funny thing is their monthly price is 3 USD, and 29.95 USD is for a yearly price. So they charge me every month a yearly price. It's totally a fraud activity.
And I clicked "Cancel membership" more than 10 times and the charging didn't stop. And I send them 2 Emails they never reply. I think this website is a fraud one which focus on stealing your credit money.
