Waste of time. Customer services rude.
Having had some technical issues with downloading my CV from resumedone.io I had to call the customer services. The members of staff consistently told me in accurate information on how long the technical issue was going to take to be resolved.
At first I was told to try again in 2-3 hours as the technical problem was being worked on. It wasn't fixed so I was told to try the next day. I tried again, still not fixed so I called customer services and they said they'd be able to send me a copy of my CV if I left a review on Trustpilot and sent a screenshot to their customer services team.
I did this as requested, yet received no CV (bearing in mind I need this for an urgent job application that they are aware of). So I followed up by calling customer services again to end up speaking to an incredibly rude and unhelpful member of the team. Who said they wouldn't be sending me a CV in exchange for the review as they no longer do that, and that the technical issue would actually take 2-3 months to resolve not 2-3 hours. So if you are considering using their services I would consider looking elsewhere as they obviously have no idea how to communicate with customers and provide accurate information about their services.
