Had a great experience with customer service rep
Had a great experience with customer service rep Sebastian. I was going to cancel my subscription due to finances. Sebastian said that I could absolutely cancel if I still wanted to but he offered me a a much better rate and reversed my charges for the most recent billing transaction. He was transparent and said that I could still cancel anytime but until then I would not see any increase in my monthly rate and that it would stay at the new adjusted rate that he gave me. Very helpful
