The site was pretty easy to maneuver and fill in the blanks and make changes. You got a rating of only a 3 because you stated that it was a FREE resume and in the end it was Not. The 3 dollars isn't the problem, the Free Statement was!

I needed a good resume. and i got it. It was fast and such a relief. It was easy and read off my mind. Will definitely recommend it.
It only has resumes and cover letters. It will be a bonus if it had things like personal statement samples

I think the resume part is good
I think the resume part is good. Easy to use and alot useful suggestions. My problem and the reasons I canceled is I tried to download my resume but it didn't showed up on anywhere on my computer I didn't even get a downloading icon which I normally get. Then I tried to print it twice and all it did was charge me $1.00 and tell me it printed but it never did. I finally got the email to work. The other reason I cancelld is I went to the live chat and nothing happened there either.

Not Cost Friendly
Cost for the monthly service was extremely high at, plus there are transaction cost everytime you download a copy. All I wanted was a template initially but thought I would try it out. My format is not as good as I would like it to be. I was in a hurry and thought the template would have been better.
