I have done two things so far with this organization: the Motivator Assessment and Coaching. With both, I worked with Kathy Hubler and have had a fantastic experience. She actively listens, engages deeply to assess what she has heard to identify areas of focus for our conversation and next sessions, and challenges me to consider things I haven't necessarily thought of independently. This is my first experience with professional coaching, and I am so glad I made the decision to do it and have been able to work with Kathy. The only thing I wish is that I had made the decision sooner.
