My writer was Emily Ellis. She did a great job, did it quickly, and was very good with the back and forth communication.

Had a 5 star experience with Emily. The phone call felt a bit rushed but we went over a lot. Overall she had good communication via the built in chat function and she was attentive to my questions and concerns. The resume and cover letter came out great and they offer minor updates for a fee. Definitely satisfied.

Resume Zest is not worth the money and they do not hold to their 60-day interview guarantee. I have been applying for roles for 90+days and have had one resume rewrite. In that time and with the rewrite I have not had one call for an interview. My recommendation would be to save the money and use an AI platform to write your resume.

Everything was first class! They were prompt and available in terms of addressing my requests. Shelly was wonderful - personable and professional. She quickly provided me with very professional looking documents that i could either use immediately as is or I could easily change and tailor for other specific opportunities.

Resume Zest's process was straight forward, and customer service was helpful and responsive. Marsha restructured my resume, giving it a cleaner, more concise and professional look, and tailored my past experiences from a very specialized field to showcase my strengths and connect them to transferable skills. She was very patient with the editing process and took the time to answer all of my questions helping me to understand her process as well as the elements that make a strong resume.

Very helpful. The end result is so much better than anything I could've done. I think it would be quicker to get through the review process if there was an additional phone call after the 1st proof was provided. But my feedback was taken and understood for the most part. The LinkedIn document was very much worth it as well. I wasn't sure what to expect and was nervous. What I received included exact instruction and cut/paste ready content for my profile. Very easy to use!

The experience with Shelly was amazing! She was courteous, prompt, intuitively understood what my objectives were, and her work product was impeccable. Many colleagues and friends have used words like "amazing" or "incredible" to describe the finished resume and LinkedIn solutions she designed.

You do pay more for ResumeZest, but the expenditure was completely justified and I am glad that I made the decision to work with Shelly and ResumeZest.
