Prepare to contact support even for simplest of installment payments
The installment payment turned out to be loan from Resurs. Whatever, I've had these before. But never before have my payment details included other than the originally agreed upon payment amounts with different reference numbers if I want additional services bundled in. I'm currently paying by the original plan, but the remaining balance on the loan doesn't match any reality I'm familiar with. I would stay away from any installment payment plans that have Resurs bank attached to it.
EDIT: To clarify, my issue was resolved after lengthy conversation with support via chat. For that I'll increase the review to 3.5 or 4 stars.

This company says the credit is without interest first time. I paid 186 eur from 200 e. The saldo is much mord than 2000 e minus 186 e. Explanations,…. This clmpany is criminal!!! Do not take any credit from them…!! DANGEROUS!!!
