I was initially dazzled at the price and fast delivery of my CRBN3X paddle- however, it didn’t help my game like I thought it would. After 3 days, it was apparent it wasn’t the paddle for me. I was shocked when I found out there is not a 30 day window for returns. Almost every company that sells paddles offers free returns within 30 days. Unfortunately I will not purchase from your store again, nor will I recommend it based on your return policy.

The website works well, and it carries a good variety of pickleball equipment. My transaction was smooth, and the customer service was excellent. I received my new pickleball paddle fairly quickly, and they kept me informed of the delivery status. I highly recommend retailpickleball.com.

This was my first time shopping this site and had great experience. I’m please with with customer service and received the pickleball paddle on time. As soon as I played with the paddle (black double diamond) 14mm, I fall in love right away. I’m thinking getting 16mm as soon as it’s available thru this website. Thank you!

I feel like I was forced to purchase a paddle that I didn't want! I ordered the six zero double black diamond 16 mm which kept being delayed. You never once offered my money back. So I settled for the next best 14mm.Its a good paddle but it wasn't my 1st choice.

The sale experience and knowledge of the Pickleball equipment hands down was the reason I purchased from you all. Outstanding and shipped it out right away too.

When I first called the company number my call had failed but I had gotten a call back within a minute. When I answered I mentioned the product I was interested in was in back order & also mentioned that another company I was attempting to buy the product from would have it for me by mid May if I was lucky. Retail Pickleball assured me that I can have that same product way sooner than what the other company promised me. I proceeded to finalize the purchase through Retail Pickleball, the associate whole help me in the phone was able to stay in contact to me via email keeping me updated of the product’s location. The associate whine helped me was able to get in contact with the manufacturer & have them ship me directly the product I was interested in & I was able to receive it way sooner than I expected. I appreciate that associate goin above & beyond as far as keeping me updated & having the manufacture ship me the product directly rather than allowing to arrive to his warehouse first. Very great customer service. Will definitely be ordering any & all future products from the Retail Pickleball company from now on.
