They took my money and didn’t give me a car or provide me with any useful customer support. I’m now stranded and they won’t give me a car or a refund. Avoid at all costs. These guys are liars and thieves.

DO NOT USE! They owe me £756.69 I've booked 3 cars in the last 2 months, I select a car that they suggest on their website page pay for it in full, and I then call them each time as the booking never gets confirmed only to be told to select a different car and as the money is non transferable I have to pay for the new selection in full and I'm told my money will be returned from previous. Still waiting for the money and when called they don't want to know 3 times 3 different Asian ladies have hung up on me as they refuse to talk about money

Avoid like the plague terrible service
Went to collect the car
Lots of information which only comes via email after you have paid
They also don’t tell you about other hidden charges
The call centre are the most unhelpful people ever and we have paid for a car we don’t even have or even seen
If you book two days before and cancel after a second of booking you don’t get a penny back due to a 4 day cancellation policy do no book with these people

Do not book anything through this company, they are cowboys
I needed to amend my travel plans, and tried to alter my car booking
They have a page on their website where they tell you that you can amend your booking as you wish....you can’t! It will not allow you to change anything, and as their bookings are pre-paid, you cannot change your booking...they have your money and thats it
I booked with Alamo, they were very helpful at the pickup site and advised me to contact Rentalcars, which I did... the guy who took the call tried to find all kinds of excuses as to why the their amend page does not functIon...no cars available...the net was down...I was wearing a blue shirt when I booked the car...DON’T GO THERE, THEY ARE JUST TAKING THE MONEY AND RUNNING...Bad customer relations
