this company will rob you!!! dont order from them or you will never see your product and never hear from customer service!!
they are scum. they delete all bad reviews from their own website and deceive customers with fake shipping times and no customer service or response.
its been ten days since my last shipping notification which says it hasnt even been cleared to leave germany yet. no response, no help. and in that time the product i purchased has halved im price. and im left paying full price for a product that has never arrived.
will it ever arrive??
“7-9 days” is grossly deceiving. you cannot blame covid, you must factor that into your estimated shipping so as to not confuse customers. then you dont respond at all?? after 15 days the package still hasnt left its destination??

Misleading product description about…
Misleading product description about width of the piece. Arms are MUCH narrower than the width of the lenses/front of the glasses. Doesn't fit my head at all. A waste of money.
