Customer service is top notch -- the couple of times I've had to reach out with questions I was able to get someone on the chat right away and they are super responsive and knowledgable. Just reached about product licenses for my new computer, and Vladis took care of me super quick.

(thankfully this was Not the case with retouch4me - and they make a great product :) - Thanks !!!

I love this product, is the best companion if you are doing portrait photography, I love it! and the support team is outstanding Vladis and Anastacia were with me all the time working the fix and they didn't leave the chat until all my questions and issues were fixed, honestly if you are planning on buying this, don't think about it twice is the best!
