Not Built for Precise Professional Retouching
I tried Retouch4me hoping it would speed up my workflow, but it was not a good fit for professional retouching. My biggest issue is that it changes the face too much. Clients want to look polished, not like a different person. I also need precise manual control and very specific adjustments, and this software does not give me enough of that. The UI did not feel intuitive to me either. For retouchers who care about subtlety, identity, and control, this feels too automated and too limiting.

Avoid this Bloatware – Hostile Support & Endless Upselling
I have never experienced such a combination of poor software design and outright hostile customer service.
The Software: Even as a paid user, you are never left in peace. The product is essentially "ad-ware" disguised as a professional tool. It constantly pushes pop-ups and advertisements for other products directly inside Photoshop with no way to disable them. Even after unsubscribing from their marketing emails, the software itself continues to upsell you. It is bloated, intrusive, and distracting.
The Licensing Nightmare: You have zero control over your own purchase. There is no dashboard to manage your activations. When I bought a new laptop and tried to move my software, I was locked out and forced to "beg" for access to a product I already paid for.
The Support (Anastacia, Support Specialist):
This was the breaking point. Instead of helping with a simple hardware migration, Anastacia was incredibly unprofessional and accusatory.
False Accusations: She directly accused me of "reselling" or sharing my license with third parties simply because I moved to a new device.
Gaslighting: When I expressed frustration at the lack of a management dashboard, she was condescending, comparing my technical grievances to "disliking the color green."
Hostility: She labeled me as "toxic" for simply asserting my right to use the software on my own hardware.
It is mind-blowing that a paying customer has to "explain themselves" and endure insults from a support agent just to install a plugin on a new computer. Anastacia and this company clearly have no respect for their users' time or privacy. Save your money and find an alternative that doesn't treat you like a criminal for upgrading your laptop.

Product does the very few things it does decently. However, there are countless features missing.
Finally, if you decide to cancel your subscription they steal all the credits you've already paid for. Beware.
EDIT- You say in your reply that it's standard practice to delete all the credits somebody has ALREADY paid for. This is a laughable and ridiculous claim.

Been using their plugins for a couple years for my photography business, they really are some of the best and easiest to work with. Horrible customer service
The retouching is decent. My issue is how often the photoshop plugin takes credits when you try to use them. Lately I have clicked "retouch", it does nothing, but my credit is taken. When I contact their customer support, Anastasia accused me of lying, saying I have never paid for subscriptions or packs when I have a clear purchase history documented ON THEIR WEBSITE. This is scammy, and extremely rude customer service. Anastasia was very rude and unpleasant to chat with. I have been consistently using this service and purchasing credits since May 2025, but after this poor experience I will be looking for a different service.

A Russian-style business idea
A Russian-style business idea. I've been using plugins since 2023. I recently requested new keys, but they refused. Then came a slew of accusations: I violated the contract, betrayed my trust, transferred the keys to certain people, and I won't receive any more keys. Communication with customer support was simply nauseating: they were rude and called me a liar. All correspondence has been saved. The operator, Anastasia, doesn't understand who she is and behaves absurdly in communication. She said she can read my messages before I write them, that I bought the best product in the world at a very low price, and if I dispute it, my account will be banned—that's all. When I asked for proof, they refused. Anastasia wrote: we are not obligated to provide you with anything. In other words, the seller refused to fulfill their obligations. They refused to refund my money. They refused to provide contact information for higher-ups. Yes, I understand that there are three of you in the company and it's difficult to find a qualified online consultant, but not to this extent. And yes, Anastasia doesn't seem to understand where her salary comes from. I'll contact the bank to dispute the transaction(chargeback) and file a complaint with the consumer protection service. This is simply awful; I'm speechless.

I am extremely disappointed with Retouch4Me. The quality of the retouched results is consistently poor and does not meet professional standards. Despite following their recommended workflow, the edits often look unnatural, inconsistent, or outright unusable for professional work.

Adding to the frustration is the lack of support. Responses are slow, unhelpful, and often fail to address the actual issues. For a paid product, this level of service is unacceptable.
Overall, I cannot recommend Retouch4Me to anyone who values high-quality retouching or reliable customer support.

+The advice to use a VPN raises serious concerns regarding security compliance and professional conduct. This guidance, provided by your support team during this period, was neither professional nor acceptable. It caused unnecessary operational complications and significant mental stress to my employee, particularly in the context of the ongoing 🇺🇦 Ukraine/russia conflict, as some of his relatives are currently participating in the military operations on the battlefield.

Prior to this review, the same user sent our support team a message containing extremely offensive, abusive, and hateful language. The messages included severe personal insults and statements that incite ethnic hatred, which fall under the category of hate speech and are considered a criminal offense in many jurisdictions. We have a zero-tolerance policy towards such behavior, and the user was immediately and rightfully blocked.
Given these circumstances, we cannot consider this review as good-faith criticism. It is a retaliatory action following our necessary decision to block the user for their unacceptable conduct.
