Works well and good customer service
The software works very well for me and I also love the customer service chat app. No robot but a real person that responds quickly. Tatiana helped me perfectly today!

Anastacia was very helpful, provided excellent directions and was patient with me. I bought a new computer and needed to move 3DLutCreator to it. Not easy for me but Anastacia made it far less painful.

I was having a buggy version from an…
I was having a buggy version from an update I received from adobe exchange update a hour ago and I was really struggling to get the panel to work. I opened chat and requested assistance and forwarded the screenshots. The agent Anastasia was polite and professional and read my query first then she offered a solution immediately with another version. My problem is now resolved. The agent has excellent listening and problem solving skills.

iMac problem solved
This may be helpful to any Mac users that are having problems with this software. I bought this earlier today. Initially, it worked twice and then just stopped - It kept returning an error.
I contacted online tech support on their website. The first tech helper did nothing but then Anastacia came on and got it sorted for me.
I am using a Mac so updating the Open CL drivers are not an option. All I needed to do was change to a different GPU. Just go up to the fie menu and switch from there.

I had an Issue with LUT files I bought and since several months I thought the issue is caused by my graphic card. I invested into a new PC with high performance graphic card but the Issue did not disapear. Today, Anastacia from the online support center gave my some advice and now my system is fully workng and i am very happy. In generally the support site of Retouch4me is very great. Allways great support. But Anastacia was the only operater who solved my special issue.
