One of the best underwater flashes

One of the best underwater flashes. However support is not very good. I have the first retra flashes that have known bugs and small issues that can be corrected in a firmware update. Unfortunately this requires to be sent back to manufacturer and expenses are covered by buyer. It has be known since the first year when i bought it and it was in warranty. No matter of that they wanted me to pay for the upgrade and DHL expenses which amounted to at least 200 euros more. on top of 1400 euros worth of flashes is too much... The second generation of flashes take care of that with bluetooth connection and app that can manage the firmware updates. unfortunately my flashes work well and are like new so i don't see a point spending another 1600 euros just for that.
