You didn't pay order balance!
We sold all food trailers to Retro Replicas. You block us without paying balance of last order!!! We have cooperated since 2019, we trusted you so we shipped the last container without receiving balance, only see screenshot of transfer at 7.29th. Until today we haven't received the balance, firstly we thought it's bank problem, we asked our bank many times, the money didn't reach to China. But we still believed it was bank problem untill your forwarder Ethan told us you canceled transfer after he released the container and block his whatsapp. We send messages to your whatsapp, wechat and instagram, you block us!

Citroen HY review
We’ve had our custom H Van trailer for over a year now and are still absolutely over the moon with it. We purchased the trailer so we could expand our bar & restaurant (Wallis & Co) into events, not only has the trailer made that possible but our brand is now recognised all over which has been awesome for our marketing.
Since we ordered our trailer to now, I have seen first hand the time and effort that goes in to Retro trailer builds to get them to the top standard that they are, for this alone I would definitely recommend Retro Replicas to any business looking to purchase a custom built trailer.

Very bad experience
We have purchased a trailer with retro replicas. For the money we have spent we are very disappointed. It is a poor build and we have had a professional inspection on it and been told not to move it. The whole point of buying the trailer. We have been quoted and we have paid for bits that weren’t put on with no offer of a refund or rectification. They are also selling their trailers on eBay whilst using some photos that are not their own work. This was a selling point for us and misleading. Would not recommend at all.

We are saddened to receive such a negative review but can’t say that we are surprised that you have resorted to posting it, after we have not agreed to your insanely unfair request to refund you £50,000, AND let you keep a trailer which you paid a total of £56,127.50 for after it was damaged AFTER collection.
The trailer was in perfect condition when it was collected from our workshop (before it was towed 1,000 miles to France by your husband and father-in-law). On arrival we were told ‘it’s the best thing I have ever towed’, feedback we were thrilled to receive from someone who supposedly had over 25 years’ towing experience. The trailer is in no way of poor build quality, which is proven by the fact that the trailer was successfully towed 1,000 miles in one journey, along with the feedback from your father-in-law. This is in addition to the fact that your report does not evidence that the condition the trailer is in today is how it was collected from us.
You mention that you have been quoted and paid for bits that we did not install on the trailer, however I explained several times that you have not been charged for these parts by Retro Replicas. Since you insist on airing your grievance publicly, I will ask again for you to provide evidence where you have paid for parts that were not included? I would like to add for the benefit of a prospective client reading my response that we upgraded the alloys and wheels on the trailer for the value of £2,000, which we agreed that you could pay for a few months later as you had no more money to spend at the time of collection. We are yet to receive any form of payment towards the upgraded alloys or wheels.
As for the eBay images, we use a mix of images showing trailers built by us and images of originals. We do this to give potential clients ideas on what we could build for them, as well as examples of what we have built, which you are aware of. To confirm, our eBay listings clearly state that some images are for inspirational purposes only. To clarify, you were sent images of trailers built by us via email before you went ahead with your order, as well as images of your actual trailer before collection, which you were overjoyed with.
As previously stated, if you bring the trailer back to our workshop where you collected it from, we will be happy to take a look at the trailer and see how we can help to fix any issues.

Fantastic products and great customer service
The guys at Retro are fantastic, they were so attentive from beginning to end and were very patient as we worked through the design process. I absolutely love my Piaggio Ape and get so many lovely comments from customers.

Just arrived back home after collecting…
Just arrived back home after collecting our IH trailer from the workshop in south shields and we are absolutely overjoyed with it! It is so unique and eye catching, we got stopped 3 times at 1 service station from people to say how great it looks, honestly we are over the moon :)
A big thank you to Katie who has gone above & beyond to help us since the first time we spoke to her and thank you so much for the champers that was presented to us on collection, such a lovely touch.
Take care all and thank you again - make sure you get in touch when next visiting Glasgow, we'll return the champers favour then :) x

From making the initial enquiry, to collecting my trailer yesterday, the service I have received from the guys at Retro has been brilliant. I would like to give a special mention to Mark in particular, he has provided me with some great advice and I really feel his help has been invaluable. I’m really looking forward to my first event showcasing my new replica H Van at the end of April (hopefully it goes ahead).
