Perfect customer service. Amy in particular was very helpful. All the dresses I have ordered have a perfect quality and feel very good on the skin. The dresses are exactly as shown in the pictures. The size of the dresses corresponds to the normal dress size. I am always happy to order things from the store.

I have ordered quite a few items because they have been really good and just like the picture for an excellent price..My last order got damaged in transit so I contacted their service team via email.. i was so pleasantly surprised they were so friendly and polite and corrected the issue straight away..Very satisfied

I am overall satisfied with the store
I am overall satisfied with the store. It is not a scam, they delivered everything, good communication with customer service.
I ordered XL and most things were the correct size, rather with space than too tight (I wear 42/44 Germany).
The quality is not cheap, of course for the price things are not a designer, I found the quality of fabrics decent, nothing transparent and no finishing defects.

Not worth the money
First of all their sizes don't match at all! I ordered size small and my mother with size large was able to fit in perfectly. Then the quality is questionable. It really depends on the item if the quality is good or not. Also when you return items you will not get a full refund. When you used a discount code they will withdraw this amount to the refund.

I ordered something for carnival (Germany) but was a bit late. Retro Stage informed me that they have some problems with one of their suppliers and kindly ask me if I like to wait it out or reverse the order.
I chose the latter because time was up for the event (my fault - late order) but I know from a friend of mine, that she recieved the identical stuff in time and good shape (she ordered earlier though).
There were no problems concerning the cancellation and the refunding procedure and the support was fast and kind.

Amazing quality
The dress arrived 2 weeks after I ordered it and I was impressed by its quality. It feels solid and good and doesn´t look cheap at all as I had feared. Wheter it still looks nice after being used remains to be seen.
Size small is on the larger side, but still ok. If you are unsure about the size, I recommend taking the smaller size, based on my experience. I did not need any special customer service, but it would be nice to be informed that delivery takes at least two weeks, before the purchase.
