I had a bad experience with these people not only the game I bought didn't work for my system and I paid for the entire shipping cost along with the game in returning it they won't refund the entire cost for the game and shipping cost back to me all they want to do is refund for the game only and nothing more that's illegal to do if you paid for the whole thing including the shipping cost you have to be paid back in full not partial credit so I'd advise don't do business with them ever.

Unfortunately, once in a while we have to deal with hurtful and untruthful reviews written by fraudulent customers. This customer in particular, decided that while the package was in transit, that he's not going to pick the package up, because he decided he doesn't want it anymore, which in turn incurs additional costs for us, as we have to pay for the return package - and in line with our ToC, we've informed the customer that once we receive the package the refund amount will be deducted by the return package costs. Unfortunately, the customer decided to threaten us and on multiple occassions tried to extort us for the funds, even though we haven't even received the package back. We don't wish this upon any other company!
"Special" order
It was great, and fast. And the fact that I was the 200 costumer makes it special for me. The Best is tehet I was able to by my sweetheart's favorite game for a not-to-mindless prize. So thank you.

I didn’t receive my order because supposedly ups didn’t have a shipping label address so they had sent it back to the shipper and I couldn’t get any more information with retro gaming and ups. I’ve asked for a refund and I’ve been ghosted ever since bad service

Some cases were damaged and 1 case was even missing, however the games are functional, so if you want to buy games here to play them, i recomend, but if you want to add some games to your collection, look somewhere else
