Bought a Neil Barrett T Shirt for a substantial sum of money. Washed the product twice and the print started to peel away. It made me question the authenticity of the product - when trying to contact their customer service team, my 6 / 7 emails have gone unanswered. I will not be purchasing again.

Trainers ok. Only thing is I bought these white mallet trainers 2 weeks ago and payed £190 for the but the back ankle has already caved in.
Not to happy with that. But the trainers are nice and the delivery time was good.

First thought a great site having what I wanted they failed me massively

I did not get them they took them and stole them and I never got proved this and they refused this and won’t help so that’s my first and last time ever use again will report to the police they are thieves

They profess to have checked I have evidence to show they are liars and thieves I would advice DO NOT ORDER FROM THEM YOU WILL NOT GET IT THEN YOU WILL BE OUT OF POCKET I LOST ALMOST £300 I will never use company should not be allowed to be existing the better business bureau have been told I believe they already also know about them…. Says everything doesn’t it

If there was a choice for more than 5 stars I would have given more. I ordered online not knowing they are based in Scotland, I live in Essex and my item arrived after two days and I was notified every step of the way, good quality jeans as you would expect from a certain brand. I also did not know they are an independent family run business. So if you’re fortunate to be able to treat yourself every now and then I highly recommend using this company. I will do for sure.

Having bought some quality clothing on Monday 6.5.24 I had to return to exchange for other sizes. Extremely happy with with the service and the staff. Nothing was too much bother. Nothing but praise for Retro.
