I order 2 shirts , but I make mistake, Send a e-mail and I recieve the correct shirts, thanks Andrew

Placed order, plenty of communication, waited a little longer time for T shirt but I'd imagine made to order not off the shelf fair play, so for me it was acceptable. I was prepared to pay a little more for the shirt as its quite unique, the quality is OK not the cheapest nasty but not the best .
Exactly what I was after Mclaren and James Hunt Championship win T shirt in 76, as my mother worked for Mclaren during this period of their history and previously Emerson Fittipaldi world Championship win in 74

Parcel never came to my adress, at the beginning conversation was very friendly, but after waiting for more than 1 month I got no replies to my emails. Lucky to get the refund over paypal. I'm very sad to say I'm totally disappointed cause I would very like to have this Tshirt

Stay well away from this company,
Do not pay with pay pal as they some how manager to charge you twice, not refund u for the second payment and get away with it.. so do your self a favour and dont use this company...

Do not order here if you plan on ordering multiple items and returning sizes that do not fit.

I returned over £100 worth of items which did not fit and never received a refund. Return confirmed with proof on 18th April, first contact made 6th May. 4 follow-up emails and no response at all. Really appalling customer service - you’d expect a response at the very least!!

Initial Order processing and dispatch was slow but apart from that everything else was great !! Good Communication and Lovely Quality Product !! Top Notch!!

Products from RetroGP I have found in the past to be usually very good - sadly my experience for this order placed the company towards the back of the field regarding Customer Service. I gave them every chance to correct their mistakes before I wrote a negative review - they chose not to communicate or act so I felt I had no option but to write my initial critical review. I ordered the Classic T shirt upgrade that should have come with stickers - despite a number of emails they never arrived and I agree with the earlier comment about poor quality of the shirt. The Hoodie did arrive eventually after being sent to an incorrect address, certainly not the one I had provided but it was worth the wait - The printing on this is excellent and the sizing very accurate. The laptop case is exceptionally good and arrived without fuss.
Previous purchases made over the years have been fine so maybe it’s a recent deterioration but I echo some of the negative comments on here - real shame that they sell Hesketh Racing stuff which represented the Best of British when RetroGP represented the complete opposite on this occasion.
UPDATE: 22/05/25 I have been contacted by Andrew with an explanation and the missing items are being sent. Once they have arrived I will upgrade my experience rating further.
UPDATE: 07/06/25 The missing items have now arrived along with a surprise or 2.
In the light of my order being completed I have upgraded my Experience Rating. I now consider this an unfortunate episode one not in keeping with my past business with Andrew and this Company over many years.

Item ordered on 31 December 24 and still not received. No response to original emails. Opened a PayPal dispute and received a response to apologise with an assurance the item would be sent...still nothing. Can only assume the email was to close the dispute which can not be reopened according to PayPal's rules.

Have emailed again to request a full refund given they are in breach of contract under the Consumer Rights Act 2015 before escalating to my bank. Shocking - AVOID!

In January 2025, I made two orders with RetroGP.com. Both of these orders were missing items, and my credit card was charged for them. Andrew responded to my emails with conflicting replies. He would not provide tracking numbers and did not refund my credit card. My orders show as "fulfilled" on their website. I guess I will not see my items or a refund from this fraudulent and disreputable company. Take my advice: DO NOT ORDER FROM RetroGP.com

Look at all the other Reviews over various platforms and you will see the products they are selling are very poor quality but their biggest failure is FAILING to adhere to the Distance Selling Regulations. If you send them any money they will keep it and not refund you if you are not happy with the product. My experience was a T-Shirt I ordered which was very poor quality so was returned by Royal Mail Recorded Delivery - I have proof of receipt at Retro GP. Despite various emails and telephone calls I have failed to get my refund. Andrew (Director) did say he would look into it for me but I have heard nothing since despite various follow ups by phone and email. Clearly they are not answering telephones or emails for a reason, looking at the Company details on Companies House the business has little in assets. I have lost my £38.50 but it will cost me a lot more to pursue the loss and Andrew and Fiona know it. If you have had a poor experience with this Company please place reviews anywhere you can as they simply should not be in business and as Directors they clearly know they are not operating within the law and that has consequences.

Very similar to the other reviews. Have now been waiting nearly a month for the t shirt I have paid for. I have tried to call them on numerous occasions & no one has picked up the phone or replied to several messages that I have left. I have had one response to many emails sent saying that my t shirt is on their desk & will be with me 3 days ago! Safe to say I've been duped. My advice is to steer well clear of this outfit.

Item ordered but never arrived. Several emails asking for money back and still nothing. Having to reclaim through small claims court. My brother still doesn't have his Xmas present!

Cannot get any response from this company. Goods arrived great. Returned for swap to different size and not heard from them since. No goods received and no money refunded. No response to either email or phone calls since Xmas. Hate writing bad reviews but feel no other choice!

Very nice man but just want a refund on goods returned. Phone messaged and emailed repeatedly.
If you read this Retro GP please send me either the goods back or my refund.
I need the money please- and you currently have my money.

This review submitted 26th June.
I still have not received any part of my order.
When contacting them to chase my order, I got a few "we'll look into it" responses.
Now, I get no response.

Do not buy from here.

Incorrect Size and Import taxes not advised.
I bought a Jordan T Shirt form them as a Christmas present. Size was 3 sizes off and i have to pay €27 euro in import takes that were not advised during purchase. Most sites have warnings when you select country Destination. They don't respond to email either. I advise people to be careful doing business with Retrogp.com
