The value is totally understated
The value is totally understated. So many items from then to now. Went ahead and purchased the tech support package as well. They went above and beyond to make sure it was set up properly. I've told anyone I can that's interested in gaming, retro or otherwise to purchase this package. It worth 100 times what they're asking. Best experience I've had from a seller on Ebay,EVER.

Simple and fast
Simple and fast. Dropping 1 star only as the content for certain collections are not quite complete (missing 1 or 2 titles I was looking for) and collections could be organized into single folders to make it easier to find specific titles.

But other than that they are great at helping and explaining everything in case you are new to the scene!

Your purchase of the 10TB pack grants you lifetime access to an incredible amount of content, far beyond what you would find in other services, especially at such an affordable price of $30. While we recognize that the “AAA” Windows-based games are currently not compatible with Steam Deck, as clearly mentioned in our announcements, you still have 7TB of content that is fully compatible with your Steam Deck.
It’s important to remember that even though the “AAA” games may not work with your current device, you will still be able to enjoy the vast majority of the library, which includes over 280 Nintendo Switch titles and many other platforms. And if you ever decide to install the content on a Windows-based PC or another compatible console in the future, you’ll be able to enjoy the “AAA” games along with the rest of your collection without any issues.
We appreciate your feedback, but we do not share your negative review as we believe this is a misunderstanding of the offer.
