Very quick response. Was available on Christmas Day for pickup. I did not end up picking up that day but it was delivered to my home two days later when they were close by. A+++

Dont waste your time or money
Well first I ordered online which showed a picture and said in description that it was Minecraft xbox one edition which is the one I wanted and I have screenshots of what you had posted stating you had that game available and once I placed the order and it came in it was just the minecraft bedrock edition which is not what I wanted or ordered and it was not what was advertised on your site I ordered from! I then called and left a message asking for someone to call me back to correct this mistake on your part and no one has called me at all! Im pissed and want this fixed and someone to contact me to correct this.. its bad enough this was suppose to be a christmas gift and now I wont have it for christmas and im not wasting my money on something you clearly false advertised on your website and it was shown as Minecraft xbox one edition which is what I wanted and did not get!

The incorrect item was shipped. The order was for Minecraft: Xbox One Edition, and Minecraft was mistakenly sent instead. This was a fulfillment error on our end, and we take responsibility for it.
Regarding communication, customer support is handled by email at customersupport@retroheadgamestore.com and by text at 289-501-0397. We do not offer callback support, and our voicemail message clearly directs customers to these contact methods, which is why a return call did not occur.
To resolve this without further delay, we are processing a full refund for the entire order and are reaching out to you directly using the contact information on file.
Mistakes can happen. What matters is how they’re handled — and this one is being resolved.
