Thieves!

I discussed choices for a chair over the phone with Andy and over email and then placed the order on the website in January this year. I did not receive a formal receipt, even though the website is on shopify and they are generally automated. After that.. nothing. Emails were read and the phone numbers were active, but I never received a reply to my countless enquiries about delivery of the chair. Almost a year later I've received a refund from the credit card company, but nothing from the company.
