John Scott is a Fraud
He takes advantage of Vulnerable families who are victims of a NATIONWIDE EPIDEMIC.
He offers NATIONWIDE SERVICES but steals from people.
He has made an artform out of his So called mission. His website is a scam and he has been fraudulently operating his business for over 10 yrs He defends his character with you tube reviews of his services. But you will never see him only hear his slimey voice. After I paid him and we spoke on the phone he was slurring his words.
I asked for a refund within one week of paying him as he refused to litigate a contract i needed a third party authorization for and to be litigated.
He said "I cant return you your money". He knew I was in shock and disabled he stole my money and tried to justify providing me with his services because I filled out all the paperwork and submitted all the documents he requested. He did nothing. I never recieved one investigation report nor did he return emails or phone calls.
He claims he has a team of professionals to help him. He is a complete fraud and MONEY GRAM Allows him to continue to do business even though the complaints are dating back to 2010 for this FAKE BUSINESS.
He once was in a CPS case and most likely lost and has made his business based on his circumstances of also losing to CPS.
He has an F BBB rating as of recently.
Although he had an A rating on his website. He has false reviews posted on youtube. Wether he is an actual person is also questionable as u will never be able to see him in the review videos nor is there one good Review online about him. He will use a Bunch of legal jargon to try to justify his services but in reality is sitting on his couch laughing at you for falling for His Scam. U can't fight CPS especially if u are disabled. Especially if u have no support system.
U will be desperate enough to put your faith in this Criminal and you will be wasting your time and money.
Money gram will be sued as a result of John scotts illegal activities and Fraud also. So eventually he will have to create a new scam.
I gave him over $ 6,000 and he told me I was acting mentally ill.
I am a veteran and have PTSD and OCD. I was also in shock after CPS took my child. John Scott took advantage of me and he will try to possibly defend himself from my testimonies as he has already given out my personal information to the authorities after i filed a complaint.
He will be judged in the Court of Christ. And his legacy will be to teach others that ANYONE can be scammed even when you think you can trust someone's BOGUS Website and Bogus You tube reviews.
He acts like a crusader and is nothing but a SCAM ARTIST. He will continue to fraud innocent victims of CPS fraud because he can. His business is not valid. There is no BBB accounts to even file a complaint. So good luck if You think he can help u. He resides in multiple states has multiple phone numbers and alliases. JOHN SCOTT IS A FRAUD! DONT FALL FOR HIS SCAM. GET A LOCAL PRIVATE INVESTIGATOR. AND DO THE SECTION 42 IN FEDERAL COURT YOURSELF. He will only waste your time.
