Ants, leaky laundry washer, house dirty when checking in, a not very quick to respond management company, smoke alarm malfunctioning,ants, algae pool, I can go on about the experience. Reach out with more questions.

Expect the standard response of calling their phone number all to hear an application error message on hold or leave a message and someone will get back to you. Still waiting on calls back after messages left. I should have listened to the Google AI that said this isn't someone you should do business with...
Lesson learned.

We stayed at the Magical Estate for two weeks in mid to late June. We traveled with a group including my 71-year-old mother (who was enthralled with the wall-hung Scrabble board), myself and my husband, and eight kids ranging from the ages of 3 to 22 years old. Our check-in experience was rather seamless. The house was available to enter at exactly 4 p.m. on our check in date. Since we arrived earlier in the day, we enjoyed the community pool, live music, and lunch until our check in time. The house was clean and we appreciated the starter supplies provided by the management company. Throughout our stay, we experienced significant issues with internet connectivity and household electrical systems. We were regularly unable to access the Internet, one of the motorcycles in the game room lost power and functionality often, and although the game room contains both an XBox and a PS4, there weren't any chargers for the PS4 controllers, rendering the console unusable. When we were able to access the Internet, the connection was unstable and booted us off frequently. The air conditioner in the game room was woefully ineffective, leaving the game room hot and stuffy. Working electrical outlets were, unfortunately, few and far between. We called the management company about all of this and they sent a technician to the house the next day to address these issues. After the technician's visit, we gained Internet access and were able to play on the second motorcycle again; however, many of the outlets were still not functional, we never gained access to the PS4, and it was disappointing when the same issues with the internet and motorcycle cropped up the very next day. (As a side note, the air conditioner in the game room worked better after we cleaned the filter, but this is a step I wish we hadn't had to take as guests in the home.) Although we were here on vacation and appreciated time to unplug, we also would've liked to be able to access the Internet for activities that bring us together like movie nights and playing video games. Fellow families with teens, tweens, and young adult children know exactly how critical internet access is to their happiness! I also work remotely and needed a stable Internet to perform essential functions of my job, so it was frustrating not having access when I needed it. Using my phone as a hotspot wasn't a great alternative solution since my cellular reception in the house was poor. The home could also benefit from a visit or two from an exterminator as there were ants and other insects in the house. I ended up moving all of my toiletries in the bathroom to the other sink since one sink was overrun with tiny, unidentifiable bugs. We really enjoyed the outside space with its private pool and hot tub. We also made use of the fire pit to roast s'mores. The neighborhood was quiet and serene, and I loved that the home backed to a wooded area. We did visit the water park and the pool at the main complex as well - neither of which were overly crowded. Disney was a short, easy drive from the resort, and Universal Studios was close as well. All in all, we had a lovely time, but having previously vacationed in homes in the area with comparable amenities at a lower price point, I expected that foundational things like reliable internet access, fully functioning electrical outlets, and usable gameroom equipment would be a given. Unfortunately, that wasn't the case, so I'd be unlikely to book this home again.

The resort was beautiful. The condo was extremely clean. We loved the decor. We would definitely stay at this resort again. Everyone was very kind and helpful. I would definitely rate this resort a 10 out of 10.

Well furnished, spacious and clean condo.

House was good. Movie room was difficult to use. We also tried to get hot tub/spa heated but heat was never turned on. Even though we paid for the heat well In advance and made multiple calls, nothing was fixed. We also left multiple messages for a refund for the heat but no responses. Be aware for additional add ons as they clearly cannot accommodate.

We enjoyed the resort amenities, access to the Waterpark, the size of the condo. The shuttle was also a nice perk.

Was charged $30 a day for pool heat for 7 days. When we arrived, the hot tub/pool heat was not on. We called and they said they'd send a technician out. The next day, the hot tub would still not heat. 7 days of back and forth emails/phone calls and still nothing. I wouldn't be leaving this review, except for the fact that they refused to refund the $210 for the pool heat. In addition to the frustration experienced while on vacation, this company is attempting to steal for services never provided. Horrible experience.

We had the most beautiful stay. Everything from the swimming pools to the accommodation was amazing. Such a safe and fun place to stay. Would highly recommend.

The property was very clean and gaining access was a breeze. Only one complaint but it’s a big one for us. We chose Moon Beauty for the games room which looked amazing in the pictures, however, of all the games available, only the pinball worked. There were no instructions for the Xbox (eventually figured out I had to sign into Microsoft account and buy games), Star Wars arcade game was a complete bust…. Could not get it going. There were no pucks for the air hockey…. I eventually found them on our second last day jammed down inside the machine. The worst part is that I contacted FRV about this 3 times by email and phone. Despite promises, no one showed up to fix this issue. This was a HUGE disappointment!!!!

Like-home was nice overall. Mostly well outfitted.

Dislike-never got a working, reliable internet. Reunion wifi was terrible and mostly did not work, and no password was given for the owner wifi which was suggested in the rental book to use. Mgmt company never followed up after calling twice.

Dislike-stovetop did not work and called to have fixed. Told by 5pm since we were cooking dinner that night. Did not show until around 6pm, and we had figured out on our own that afternoon that it had been unplugged underneath in the cabinet.

Dislike-never could find a can opener. Pretty basic utensil.

Dislike=AC downstairs seemed like would never get below 75 even if set lower at night. Bedroom downstairs was extremely hot for some reason and I had to use that one because of not being able to handle stairs well.

Comment about the Reunion facilities-I have stayed at Reunion many times but it has been almost 10 years since last trip. The neighborhood's facilities are really looking very worn. Like the bathrooms at Seven Eagles, and the workout rooms are just terrible at this point. Too small, extremely dirty, outdated equipment. Not up to standards of what that neighborhood 'portrays'.

Overall, it was a wonderful house! Rooms & beds were comfortable. Living area was very nice. The pool was perfect for our family with plenty of seating for everyone. The main complaint is that I think that at this price point, amenities like toilet paper, soap, shampoo or dishwasher/laundry pods should be supplied for full stay. Even coffee should be supplied. I also thought the theatre room smelled musty.

Great location and ideal apartment in a top class resort. Superb throughout.

The home was beautiful and clean.
It was really up to our standards and definitely better in person than in the photos

We loved the house. We accessed the home with no difficulty. The Game Room was well equipped and the pool/spa lake view was fabulous. The children’s theme bedrooms were amazing. The kitchen was spacious. The house was clean from top to bottom. We also enjoyed the resort’s amenities.

A few areas need attention. First, the water in the kitchen never got hot but was cool. In addition, the cutting board was extremely small and the iron should be replaced. Also the timer on the kitchen lights kept the kitchen dimmer than we preferred.

Nevertheless, overall, we enjoyed our stay and would return.

Pros: Home was beautiful and accommodated our large family with ease and Space. Our family enjoyed the movie room, kitchen island, two large refrigerators and washer and dryers on each floor. The pool area was a nice gathering spot but the water was so cold despite the high 90’s Florida temperature we didn’t get to enjoy the pool. There was ample parking but you must be strategic on how you park.

Cons: The home lacked towels (which we purchased our own) and upstairs was very hot!!!!! you can’t adjust the thermostat too much but there are ceiling fans. The description says all themed rooms are upstairs which is not correct. Mickey and Peter Pan rooms are both downstairs in case you are trying to stay close to your children. The Gated community has their own set of rules you must follow, and depending on which security guard is working they will provide the information otherwise you will find out the hard way. Checking in at 4:00pm can be a hassle so try to come earlier or later because the line does back up since they have removed the gate code so everyone must check in with the security guards. If you have multiple cars make sure you receive a hang tag for all vehicles which will make your commute seamless. BIGGEST RULE- No parking on the street and you can’t park on the grass even if your tire is a millimeter off. They will tow all vehicles even if yours is blocking the one that is in violation. They have multiple tow trucks that run on rotation all day even if you don’t see them, rule of thumb park in the driveway and stay away from that patchy area near the front door.

This was our second stay and by far the best. The property was well maintained and the experience impeccable. The only down falls were:
The pool being shut down due to someone's child having a defecated in the pool and long lines to get back on the property even after check-in.

Florida Vacation Homes made our stay extremely simple. The email they send you explains everything you need to do in detail, but it's not much. You don't even have to take out the trash, just make sure it's in a bag.

We had to pick up our wristbands, but there was no question where to go to collect them, and we could do it at any time of day or night - it was that easy.

I also had a couple of questions before the trip. FVH was very responsive via phone or message.

In addition to all of this, the place we chose was outstanding. Better than expected.

Would definitely book through FVH again.

Communication was great, photos on web site were very accurate to reality, the unit is well appointed, clean, and comfortable. This is our 2nd year in a row in this particular unit and we are extremely pleased.

Home is fantastic. Plenty of space and pool was a big plus. We loved walking the neighborhood in the morning then lounging during the day. The location is fantastic. It backs a golf course so bugs were minimal and it was very serene. Community location is awesome too. Minutes from Disney and universal. Definitely would stay here again!
