We really enjoyed the impressive layout of the home and it was good to see that all items were in working order, e.g., heating in pool/jacuzzi, game room and home theatre. There were a very few housekeeping items including a couple of dirty plastic cups in the yard and a piece of broken glass in the pool. These were minor though and all worked well.

Great house, great customer service. My only issue is that nowhere in the brochure or literature did it state that the house ac could only be set at a range of 74-78 degrees and if you set it below that and the unit freezes up, the customer is responsible for the repair. The climate in Florida is so humid that at 74 degrees the humidity is still overbearing in the house. This made for uncomfortable nights.

This review was based on our experience in June 2025. The complex was perfect for our needs, very clean and very safe with a large communal swimming pool and other family facilities. The villa was large and well equipped and looked clean at first glance however in 2 of the en-suites the toilets were disgustingly dirty. The slats on the blinds in one of the bedrooms was broken and 3 of them fell off as soon as we tried to close them leaving us with no privacy. We were a party of 4 adults but only 3 sunbeds?? The sunbeds did belong in a torture chamber, they were so uncomfortable and we could only lie on them for 10 minutes. The outside area looked as though it hadn’t been cleaned for months and eventually someone was sent to power wash the whole of the area. The photos advertising the property showed that there property wasn’t overlooked however this photograph must have been taken years ago because a full row of townhouses are now there. I would suggest that you research all properties being leased by this company. I’m sure the owners of this property at Windsor at Westside wouldn’t be very happy with the way this villa is being looked after.

Over all the house was comfortable and clean. Our complaints: the alarm button for the door needs to be outside also so you don’t disturbed people when going back inside.
Not enough silverware for 12 people.
The house was too warm when we arrived.
The hot tub and pool heat were not on as we paid for. It took two days of trouble shooting with the property management to get it going.
I was very disappointed in the quality of grill we were charged for. The stroller here was broken and totally inadequate so we need to rent one for our trip.
The bedding was clean and comfortable. The house was a great fit for out multigenerational family group of 12.

Firstly, the villa was perfect for what we needed. Size and space for everyone for a 2 week stay. All the facilities you would expect from a villa. It is a little, tired in terms of its appearance and would benefi hugely if the walls were painted to brighten it up. There is a lot of dark wood in this Villa. This is not a criticism but constructive feedback. Secondly, communication with management company and in particular a lady named Hanbah.I recieved an email on the day we arrived from Hannah who introduced herself and if there where any issues to contact her. We had an issue with pool heating on day one and the one of the pool screens being damaged. We lost out on two days of pool heating but this was quickly sorted by Hannah and pool screen also got fixed. Hannah also refunded us two days pool heating without me asking for it. I also requested a 4pm late checkout due to our flights being very late at night which was granted no issues. Overall the experience has lead this review to getting 5 starts. The management team was fantastic and compared to the management team I dealt with last year this was like night and day. Nothing was too much. Thank you for everything.

Multi family with a 3 yr old, 15 mo old, and 5 mo old!
Beautiful home! Fantastic location looking out onto the golf course. The pool was beautiful and it was so worth it to add the spa and pool heat even in September! We enjoyed the relaxing spa tub after long days in the parks and the kids had a blast in the pool!
Beds were all super comfy and the kitchen was well stocked!
We've stayed in many vacation rentals and this was right up there with our favorite places to stay! We will be back and I would definitely stay here again!

I honestly think that the cleaning can be more throughly done and not be rushed

Bathrooms need a lot of work and the basketball game was broken and should not be advertised.

This place was very clean. Lots of room for everyone, and well taken care of. The only things I would recommend is replacing the game controller (ps 5) that was broken when we arrived, and the dryer doesn’t dry well. Other then that we had an excellent stay at The Castle at Windsor Hills.

We booked this property for 11 nights at a cost of $2,817.81, based on the listing’s description of a “brand-new luxury villa” with high-quality furnishings, a fully equipped game room, and a pristine, well-maintained atmosphere. Unfortunately, our experience did not align with the standards advertised.

Upon arrival, we identified numerous issues that should have been addressed during routine pre-arrival inspections. These included:

Broken and unstable beds in themed bedrooms, rendering some unusable.

A strong sewage-like odor in one of the en-suite bathrooms.

Worn, damaged, and unhygienic furnishings, including unsafe dining chairs, deteriorated kitchen stools, and soft furniture that was badly torn and dirty.

Carpets throughout the property that were heavily stained and unclean.

A damaged pool screen, with one section missing and another hanging loose, allowing insects and debris into the pool area.

Pool furniture in poor condition, also torn and dirty, making it unsuitable for use.

A game room with missing or broken equipment, including an incomplete pool table and unusable dartboard.

While some issues were eventually rectified after repeated follow-up (such as replacing blinds, repairing a dining chair, and cleaning the playroom), this required multiple written requests and took considerable time away from our holiday.

Most concerning, despite the extensive list of problems and clear discrepancies between the advertised description and the property’s actual condition, management declined to provide a relocation or refund. We were then ignored, and no further communication was received from the management company.

Ultimately, we vacated the property early due to the ongoing issues and, to date, have not received any response to our numerous follow-up emails. What should have been a once-in-a-lifetime holiday was instead ruined by poor standards, unaddressed problems, and unprofessional customer service.

In conclusion: The property did not meet the quality, cleanliness, or maintenance standards advertised, and the service response was wholly inadequate. This was a very poor and unprofessional experience, and we strongly advise future guests to beware before booking with this company.

Carpet is really stiff and coming apart. Heated pool is an extra $150 charge. Great club house with a lot for the kids to do.

The house is beautiful and clean. It was not handicapped/ wheelchair accessible. No ramps or bars So, one friend was not able to attend. I l checked hot tub…it was an overflow pool.

Villa was amazing, the whole family loved the cinema/ games room and pool table.

Overall, our stay at Tr_586BR Moon Beauty ,1405 Moon Vally Drive at champion gate exceeded our expectations. The host was incredibly responsive and helpful, ensuring we had everything we needed. We can’t wait to return for another magical vacation!

My family was severely bitten by insects during our stay, and my daughter’s arms and legs are covered with painful marks. This is a serious health and safety issue. We do not feel safe returning to the property, and I demand immediate action and a proper solution. If nothing is done, I will escalate this case to relevant authorities

When we arrived to the home it was absolutely stunning. The property and space was wonderful. Throughout the week as we would get home from the Disney Parks and used the house or slept in the house we realized there were quite a few issues. The temperature needed to stay above 72 which was fine but in the upstairs bedrooms it created a stuffy mess for everyone so the property could benefit from ceiling fans in more bedrooms than just the downstairs bedroom. The driving game in the game room never worked and we called it in but no one ever came out to check (we had one family member stay back in case they came for two days). The lights were weird and flickered a lot, one of the bedrooms shocked one of the kids through the switch when they tried to turn the light off for bed and tripped the circuit breaker. The ceiling fan outside had a broken blade so we had to make sure no one turned it on for safety reasons. One of the fans in the loft upstairs would not allow the light to get turned off so we could not use the fans for upstairs air flow because we had to turn the switch off completely. The skeeball game was halfway working, the ice machine barely made ice for a house that could comfortably house 15+. The recliners in the couch were broken and everyone was afraid to even use them. Unfortunately there was also no plunger in the house when we had one toilet clog, the maintenance man came but told us it was baby wipes in the toilet but they were flushable cottonelle wipes and not a lot.

It was not a terrible house to stay in and I would stay again but my main issue was the temperature upstairs without ceiling fans in the rooms especially since we had two babies one being 3 months old and a year old. It was unsafe for them to sleep in such warm rooms.

I did like that they everything we needed to make every meal we needed to make. The beds were comfortable and the pool was nice and convenient. The location of the house was great for everything we wanted to do and it was easy to get on and off the resort property.

The home we rented had broken gaming devices, a lot of mold in shower, no ping pong balls for table, as well as quite dirty outside in pool area. I emailed regarding all of it right away. No one came four days later to only replace one controller and place a couple of ping balls on table. A few times the management company did not even respond back via email. Prior trip, emails were sent mentioning that the rental was thoroughly checked and everything in working order which was not the case. A fan is also broken outside and a few lounge chairs with large rips where no one could even sit. Unacceptable. The company offered no compensation at all and only a simple we are sorry.

The property is really very good and in great shape; so kudos to the owners… a few things with florida vacations…

ID verification was a problem and then that led to major issues with communications as we got into the property

Wi-Fi was not working as we got into the house, and it was impossible to get in touch with anybody. As such it was solved only like the middle of the second day that we were staying there

As a suggestion, it would be great if there was more information about the resort, considering it has quite a lot of of options and the information was super limited

Finally, while you’re staying at a house where you need to get your own groceries and stuff, the fact that there’s only one paper towel and one roll of paper in each bathroom is sort of ridiculous

Coming from AirBNB experiences, which are very basic and simple, they need to do a quite a lot more here

The house was amazing as described by the host and reviews. All the amenities, supplies were there for the kitchen as well as plenty of towels. The home was clean with easy access to getting in the home. I will definitely be returning again

FVH communications/ customer support are not up to par. Didn’t return countless voicemails or phone calls.

Offered no reasonable solution to resolve the issue (washing machine would not work on day 2 of 14 day trip for group of 11 guests). Their ‘solution’ was for our family to use a washing machine located 10 mins drive away.

They sent multiple techs to the house to validate that the machine was dead, verifying info I provided to them in my initial call.

I lodged a complaint and no one called. Text message communications that lacked any informative information was the only way that FVH communicated with me during our stay.
Only on the last day, when the cleaning crew arrived at 10am on the nose did FVH call me to request we leave the property (we were running 5 minutes behind on leaving).

The home was ok, felt dated. Pool was very small. Upstairs (where most of the bedrooms were) could not keep up with the warm weather. It was uncomfortably hot upstairs and not anywhere near the 74 lowest temp allowed in the home.
The home was very well cleaned for us on arrival but prior broken patio chairs, were left to the side and not replaced.

The pool patio was being overrun by fire ants, same at the front of the property.

I feel for the homeowners who are trusting FVH to manage their property, they are letting you down, badly.
