I am so impressed with this brand, came across them via a celebrity ad on Instagram, and I honestly can't believe that I hadn't come across them before.

Straighteners are the best that I have used, having used many brands before.

Customer service has been fantastic and so easy to make an exchange (I ordered the incorrect item), so far amazing.

Would highly recommend to anyone needing an update to their hair styling tools.

The product is very good and I am pleased with it. I paid for Express delivery, however this didn't happen and it took a week to arrive. However when I contacted Revamp about this they refunded my money very promptly, good customer service.

It doesnt give the curls i expected. I your hair doesnt like to be curled dont buy it it wont work either

Love my hair straightening brush it works well and my hair is thick. It was a good price too. Heats up quick, comes with a heat proof mat to put it on while it heats up and cools down

I purchased this for my Mum as a birthday present. I read lots of reviews & she needed something that wasn't to heavy to hold. She's absolutely made up with it. She said it's light to hold & use & its really powerful. Also it arrived the day after ordering, so perfect all round.

I'm really pleased with how quickly the product got delivered.
Also I love how easy it is to use I feel like I've been to a salon to have my hair curled.

Fast delivery which I really appreciated. The beach wave tool works very well too. I would not be used to styling my hair but it did make it relatively easy. The first time I used it I found it a bit bulky but the waves looked so natural. It’s fantastic it comes with a heat protection glove too.
I really enjoyed using this. Highly recommend! Looking forward to trying more products from Revamp!

Pleased that the item works/charges hair device,
but the charger pin doesn’t insert as tightly into the device as did the original.

Liked Prompt order turnaround on delivery.
However, delivery service INCORRECTLY reported that they put the device through door mail slot.
INSTEAD, THEY LEFT IT AT FRONT DOOR AND WORSE, THEY DID NOT ATTEMPT TO KNOCK ON DOOR OR RING DOORBELL.
Could have easily been stolen on their busy city street. Inexcusable, since I was sitting just inside the door and could have grabbed answered (had only just received a package from Royal Mail).
Saving 5 minutes to avoid knocking on my door was not worth risk of it getting stolen.

I had been looking for a hairdryer made in a European country and saw that revamphair was in the UK. Unfortunately, the hairdryer wasn't made in the UK and was only designed in the UK.
It is disappointing but the dryer will do until I buy another.
