Eden and Tal were both excellent. They were both very informative without being pushy and were very prompt and attentive in email responses. The whole process was very smooth and quick, from viewing rings, deciding on designs and actually getting the ring. The final product is absolutely gorgeous we both love it. Would definitely recommend to anyone thinking about using their services!

Was looking for a ring with a lab diamond to wear in place of my 140 year old OEC diamond engagement ring when I travel etc. Communicated over Whatsapp; my timeline was incredibly short but Reve delivered! We had a very positive experience in shopping for an engagement and wedding rings at Reve. Emma was patient and helpful taking us through different options and explaining the differences to inform our choice. We were made to feel comfortable and unrushed during the experience. The selections were of a great quality and it was relatively easy to find the right rings for us. The sizing/creation of the rings was quick and delivered to a high standard. Overall, delighted with the experience and would highly recommend to others. Emma provided great service and is a credit to the company.

I can't recommend Reve enough. Milena was extremely helpful throughout the entire process of designing and buying an engagement ring. She was patient, professional and incredibly knowledgeable and helped me pick the perfect diamond and design a bespoke ring around it. She took my feedback on board throughout the whole process and was not pushy or patronising in the slightest, unlike many diamond sellers. The price was very reasonable and much better value than most other jewellers, especially considering the level of service. My fiancée was delighted with the ring and the aftercare, including re-sizing and maintenance has been brilliant. If you want something special and unique, go for Reve and ask for Milena!

Would absolutely recommend Reve to anyone looking for an engagement ring. Milena was brilliant, really helpful and patient. I had 3 appointments before making a decision and at no point felt under pressure to decide. The advice was needed and really helped me pick out something that ticked all the boxes. Really good value too.. I ended up with a ring I didn’t think I’d be able to afford. My fiancé loved the ring and has had it resized for free. I recently bought an engagement ring from Reve Diamonds. It was a surprise for my fiancé and I have no experience with buying this kind of jewellery. Initially I dealt with Emma who was really great in explaining what to look for and talking me through my options. The ring was made in good time and consideration was taken for my requirements. The ring is beautiful and we both love it.

We did need toget it resized but this was no problem at all. Spoke to Milena as Emma was away, quick consult to measure properly, pretty quick turn around to resize and it's now back with us and perfect.

They took all the stress out of the purhase, there was no hard sell and I would happily recommend to others.

Rarely write reviews but felt compelled to after the amazing service I received in buying an engagement ring. Milena was extremely helpful through the whole process. Me knowing nothing about diamonds, she took time to explain the various types/specifications, and asked all the right questions to help me chose the perfect design. I do not live in London and they were very accommodating, offering to hold onto the ring until I could collect at a time that was convenient. I was extremely satisfied with the over quality of the ring. Excellent communication through the process even after it was paid for and received when we needed it resized (my fault!) I highly recommend using Reve Diamonds.

From day one we received a one on one service from Milena on the live chat. She is friendly and very knowledgeable about their jewellery. I loved that she gave us honest and constructive advise leading us to find the perfect ring for us. After visiting a number of high street jewellery shops to investigate buying an engagement ring, I did some research and found that the smart way to buy a diamond ring these days is to get it online. I found Rêve diamonds came highly recommended by a number of different review sites. Their website is very well put together and lets you construct a ring to your own spec and price range with regards to the "four Cs" of the diamond, the type of metal and the style. The classic ring styles on offer were exactly what we were looking for, as we found some styles available in several jewellery shops to be a bit too gaudy. Overall, with the weight and quality of the diamond, and the k of the gold, the price was hundreds of pounds less than we would have paid in a high street shop. After ordering online, the ring was delivered by tracked post a few weeks later. We found that a measuring error on our part had meant that the ring was too big for my fiancé. Rêve however have a free re-sizing policy, so we were able to send the ring back and we received the now perfectly fitting ring a couple of weeks later. The communication during this process was excellent. I would definitely recommend Rêve.

I had a great experience purchasing an engagement ring from Milena. I was recommended Reve Diamonds by a friend who also purchased an engagement ring there.

She made me feel at ease through the entire process. At no stage did she try and up sell me or make me feel like I was being sold to. She always tried to teach me as much as possible about the diamond to make sure I was comfortable with what I was purchasing.

She was very responsive to emails, texts and calls for any questions I had. She was able to turn around the ring in only a few weeks as I was pressed for time.

I bought the engagement ring for my girlfriend in January at Reve Diamonds. I was advised by Milena during the whole process of creating the ring, from choosing the diamond to explaining to her my idea for the design of the ring band. The ring turned out to be exactly what I had in mind. As I had to delay my proposal due to the coronavirus outbreak, Milena agreed to keep the ring safe at her office for several months. I would definitely choose Reve Diamonds again.

The first time I went in person to their office but this time, having had good experience (and due to Covid) dealt with the transaction on line and by phone. Tal made the experience of purchasing a bespoke engagement ring as easy and painless as possible, considering I was overseas throughout the experience. He designed and produced an exceptionally high quality ring, which by fiancé adores. I highly recommend Reve Diamonds.

I Bought my wife a stunning diamond tennis bracelet about 10 months ago and promised Tal that I would leave feedback (if a little late). Tal went out of his way to help, staying open late on the evening of my last minute enquiry and travelling across London to source the desired bracelet from storage. The bracelet was very good value compared with others i had seen. It delights every time my wife wears it and the sparkle is incredible. I have no hesitation in recommending Reve and will look to discuss future jewellery requirements with Tal.

Had an excellent experience with Reve Diamonds. Having looked at the big internet dealers, who seem to offer every diamond available on the live market, but nothing you can go and look at or compare. I felt Reve Diamonds offered an easier, no-nonsense option, backed up by good knowledge of their offering. I was as suspicious as the next man, spending lots of money on something quite small. I met Tal Cohen at their Mayfair office who showed me a selection of stones, he pointed out the differences between the stones within my criteria and budget. I ended up with exactly what I wanted at a very good price . Enough said.
