Absolutely awful customer service

Absolutely awful customer service. I ordered this for my girlfriend. A month later I began asking her when the package would arrive (she put her email in the order). She tried to contact them and finally 2 months later she agreed to get me involved. Upon review of her communications the company didn't even send the damn plush until she asked for a refund. When I got involved and asked about this they completely ignored my questions. They are incompetent and fraudulent. Do not trust!!!

Awful, probably a scam as well

Ordered a few weeks back with the + tracking ID option, never received the item nor the tracking ID, all my attempts to contact them through their contact form or email got no response, fishy as hell.
