Ordered a lovely duvet set. No text, no email in response to my email. I am going to get my bank to refund the money. Not at all happy.

Never recieved this item! Tried emailing but no reply

The order never arrived and no communication as promised Abbott delivery or tracking
I called and emailed with no response
I’m currently working with my credit card company to get my money back

Avoid! I placed on order on 25th Sep and still haven't received the product nor any order updates nor any responses to my emails. I will be reporting them to the small claims court to get my money back.

I placed an order. Payment was taken and I have contacted Rever Stone by email and contact form to ask what is happening with my delivery that was showing as being in stock with a 3 to 5 day delivery. I have not had any delivery or information so I wrote to the company. I have had no reply and there is no telephone number to contact the company. Looks like I will have to make a claim in the small claims court that is if I can find out more information on the company. My experience shows that you are taking a chance with your money with this company.

Just to update the above post. Rever Stone have just refunded my money.

I placed an order with plenty of time for delivery in advance of when it was needed but it did not show up. There is no phone number to contact customer care so communication is disjointed and instead of arranging alternative delivery they seem to have just cancelled the order without giving me any details of the refund arrangements. So I am just left in the dark. No refund. No goods. No communication.

The delivery was very fast and the product arrived safely.
The king sized duvet cover was a little too large however, so that the duvet moved about inside it.

Great product. Lovely linen bedding at very competitive price. Just what I wanted. I had missed half my address out and this was corrected before I told them! So great customer service too.

The quality of both the 100% linen and the 100% cotton is excellent. They wash well and look very different when on the bed. The cotton set looks crisp and elegant whereas the linen looks sumptuous and inviting. Both are well worth the money. You will not be disappointed with either purchase.
