Never buy anything from reversus. I placed an order back in September 2021 and the order status is still "order placed". Its now May 2022. I tried several times to get ahold of anyone in this company through several different routes and I have had not a single response back. Unfortunately it was too late for my bank to reverse the payment. This "business" is a complete scam.

Would never purchase anything from this company ever again - sadly lesson learnt and out of pocket including having to pay to post back and then get returned. I brought 3 money boxes for my grandson last year in September so that I could give them to them for Christmas to also allow extra time for delivery due to Covid. When the items came they were nothing like the ones advertised on Facebook, I emailed back with photos of all the faults wrong with all 3 money boxes yes all 3. I was then told by email that I had to pay to have them returned to CHINA then once they received the items I would get a full refund. Sadly I did pay to have items returned so more money out of pocket to have the items returned back to me as no one accepted the delivery, so because of this PLEASE Do not buy anything from Reven Samuel it is a scam and hope Karma gets you back 🤬

Awful product & horrific customer service. Like everything else related to this company and their products, any promise they make to refund a customer is also a lie. Do not buy from them.

I wish I had found Trustpilot before I made this purchase. I ordered 2 children's banks from Revensamuel. It took 2 months to get the order. Holy cow, what a scam!!! The banks are NOTHING like the ones shown on the website. As others have reported, they are plastic, half the size and look so cheap we cannot even give them to our grandchildren. I tried to email them 3 times..."the server rejected". AND I POSTED A REVIEW WITH PICTURES. At first it seemed to be posted, then it disappeared. They clearly are posting fake reviews. DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY! THEY ARE CROOKS!

One star given as can’t give a zero star rating. Ordered goods - two wooden children's piggy and what I received was a far cry from anything that I was expecting. Poorly constructed plastic initials, half the size as described and a sheet of plastic letters to be stuck onto the money box. Company email server rejecting incoming emails - so can not even have the satisfaction of sending a complaint never mind a refund. A lesson learnt, should have looked up reviews first.
Avoid ordering anything from this website to avoid disappointment and wasting your hard earned money.

Horrible! Do not buy! Cheap plastic letter piggy banks and no personalization. They sent me a page of sticker letters to put a name on the bank. They are not refunding me my full amount and arguing with them now. $72 I spent and they only want to give me $5. Don’t waste your time! Don’t buy.

Do not buy anything from this site their advertising does not reflect what will be delivered I ordered the money boxes they are cheap quality and worth no more than £5
The company then refuse to refund without a real argument and then insisted I paid to return them before any refund I have yet to receive return information and as yet I don’t know the cost to return

I purchased the letter money box Cheap nasty scratched !!! It’s not wood. The letters are a cheap page of sticky letters. I’m trying to get a refund.. no luck yet.. DO NOT BUY

Ordered in May 2021 and the same as other reviews have never received package and emails just state there is a manufacturing issue.

They are a total scam and fraud site I think. And after reading all ur reviews it confirms it that they are.SCAM
- I ordered in April 2021 and I still haven’t received my items .
Many emails sent and they have a standard auto email that it’s on its way and tracking ID will be shared soon. Now recently no reply for my email also.
Total scam .
Must take this to cyber cell and file a complaint and catch these culprits before more people Fall for this and pay .
Who knows what this money is used for 🤦🏻‍♀️

I have ordered on April 4th, 2021 and I have not had any indication that it was ever sent out. It has been months and they will not do anything to resolve the issue, seeing as they gave me a false tracking number that does not exist. Please report this site to econsumer.gov .

have not received any info since may 22 (purchase date) and it is now july 12.

SCAM! Do not order anything, you will lose your money. Ordered a kit three months ago, no shipment as of yet.

I would’ve given them 0 stars if I could but it’s not an option it’s been 8 months since I placed my order and I payed 40 dollars and never got my stuff I kept on emailing them and they would tell me just a few more days, at the end of the week it’ll be shipped, and similar things then I asked for a refund and told me they couldn’t because the order was being prepared this is a total scam. I say for all of us that got scammed let’s do something about it and get our money back because they don’t deserve to get away with this with so much money

Absolute scam. Over two and a half months and I don’t have my package. When I contacted them almost two months ago they kept telling me just a couple more days, just a couple more days. And when I got tired of hearing that and requested the refund they told me it was about to ship so they couldn’t issue a refund. Crazy how it was “about to ship” over a month ago and the tracking link tells me it hasn’t been received. DO. NOT. BUY.

False advertising, took 6 months from order date to be delivered, only included the small tube of 'polygel', tube was leaking. Scammers!

I paid for the WHOLE kit and only got the gel. this stuff it WAY TOO STICKY. and the colour is not what it was suppose to be i got a the rosey brown colour and got white. i asked for my refund and NEVER recieved one. it took almost 3 months for it to get here too. WTAF!! DO NOT BUY THIS PRODUCT OR FROM THIS COMPANY!!!!!

DO NOT BUY FROM HERE. They stole my money and never sent my package, and they’re lying, thieving scammers. you wont get what you pay for. like at all.
