Awful awful awful

Awful awful awful. Whole experience was nothing but a big headache. Wouldn’t process a cancellation because I cancelled a little after TWO HOURS it was purchased, and when I wrote an email to customer service they said they would cancel my order and refund me with store credit, which they didn’t becuase weeks after I received a confirmation email that it was in transit. Then the whole process was very unpleasant and unprofessional, and then when I tried to get further help, they started ghosting me after saying they basically can’t help me anymore. Worst decision ordering from them.

I would not recommend this company

I would not recommend this company. They take FOREVER to ship your order & are awful abt giving you any updates. Theyre return policy is terrible, you can only exchange their jeans one time within 30 days & then wait again FOREVER to receive the replacement. Theyre return policy are extremely hard to get a hold of as well. There are plenty of other companies with great products that are much easier to deal with.. !

Never received item. Shady practices and poor customer service.

I ordered jeans for my daughter and after two weeks of no shipping updates, I contacted the company to cancel. They refused to cancel and said my items were “pre-ordered” and would take another 2-5 weeks to ship. After six weeks of no delivery or updates, the company continues to argue with me and even blames me for not being aware of their policies. They cannot provide proof that I had knowledge that the item was a preorder or that I was aware that they had no idea when my items would ship. None of this is on my receipt. They prefer to argue and blame customers rather than simply cancelling and moving on. They have an F rating on BBB for a reason. I’m not sure I will ever receive my product and hope others learn that this company is shady and potentially a scam.

Not worth the price!!

Took 2 months to get my order and was immediately unimpressed with the quality. The denim has a very strong smell which remained after washing it 3 times. The rollergirl flares were unevenly hemmed, with one leg being significantly longer and the side hem moving into the front of the leg halfway down. The heartthrob jumpsuit is cute but sizing runs very small.

Almost a scam

If this company was any worse they’d be a true “scam” but alas, they do deliver terrible quality, inaccurately sized clothing after an excessive amount of time. The jeans feel like they’re from SHEIN. Read the google reviews and learn from our mistakes before buying from this company.

This is a scam

This is a scam, stay away from this company! The order said delivery within 10 days. After contacting them on the missing shipment they told us the order will 'maybe' be shipped within 2-4 weeks. You cannot cancel the order no matter how delayed the order is from their side.

Unadvertised unacceptably long lead times

I ordered two pairs of jeans that didn’t have an estimated date of arrival on the product page. Two weeks later I contact them and they said it’s 1-4 weeks lead time for jeans! I contact them at four weeks and they say that 1-4 weeks time frame was from my first point of contact. So we are looking at 6 weeks for jeans! Totally unacceptable when there was nothing noted during the Purchase. Also of note, they don’t give money back for exchanges only store credit so if I have to order a new pair, it could be three months before I have a pair of jeans to wear. Wild.

Stay away from this company if you…

Stay away from this company to avoid stress on thinking if you will get your items or not .
You wouldn’t get your items .
Ordered jeans last June for my daughter’s birthday this August paid using third party which is the best decision.
No one will communicate with you ,you can’t even track if they shipped it or not
So you’ll end up chasing them through email which is a pain .I got a response by the name of Liz once and when the date that she promised came and still no update for my order couldn’t reach her anymore and thrown to an automated email.
Thankful that I’ve used third party for paying that’s why I got my money back.
Will never trust this Revice jeans company ever.Trash,

Total disaster for a company..

Total disaster for a company... I ordered a pair om jeans for my daughter in December last year but two months later they hadn't sent the jeans so I emailed them about this, asking the order to be canceled. They argued this was impossible (??) and said they worked on delivering the jeans the following month. More than half a year later I still haven't gotten the refund and of course haven't collected the far to late delivered jeans (more than 3 months delayed). Stay far away from this company, big possibility you will be scammed!

Long shipping, ripped pants, bad service

Pants took over 3 months to ship, wore twice and they ripped over 5 times. Date they ripped was past the warranty date and revice never responded to any emails. Super cute pants but i do not recommend buying due to awful customer service and worse quality.

my EU experience

I wanted revice jeans for like 6 months and they DID NOT DISAPPOINT. I’m from Czech Republic and was so scared to buy them from the US, because i saw so many mixed reviews about how long the shipping would take. I ordered them on 21st of July and they arrived on 14th of August which I think is really reasonable. The shipping number worked great, but I wonder why it took 10 days alone just to prepare the order. I also want to warn about the customs, I payed around 120 euros + 32 in customs and taxes. Nonetheless the jeans fit perfectly and the denim is really good quality !!

Ordered jeans for my daughter- took forever to arrive and when they did they were not the correct size. Exchanges are absolutely impossible. For two months I emailed and completed the exchange info and they never sent the return info. Nothing on their web site has a good address or phone number. SCAMERS!!

Shipping

The jeans are very good quality its just the shipping that absolutely takes forever. I have bought 4 pairs of jeans from this company and each have took around 2 months to arrive though I'm literally the state right next to them.

Horrible.

The sizing is completely wrong, and the denim feels cheap. It is SUPER unflattering on the butt and just overall a horrible experience. Plus, you can't even return for a refund; you have to get store credit, which seems awful for a company selling jeans, knowing that people need to try multiple sizes because women's jeans sizing is screwed up in general.

Don’t waste your money or time!

Do not order from this company. Predicted shipping dates are completely wrong. Customer service will ghost you for WEEKS. I received my order over 2 months after ordering, despite the shipping date saying it would ship out within the week. They do not offer refunds and take zero responsibility for any of their wrongdoing. I truly hope this company goes under.

Ordered and paid 2 months ago. No product delivered. Reached out to customer service via email twice, and received no response. The customer service rep via online chat just disappeared and stopped responding. All I wanted was an update or to cancel the order. Still nothing. HORRIBLE.

Unreasonable delivery timelines, no return policy

I'm normally a size medium but the clothes I've received have all been way too tight. When you return the clothes, they don't give you your money back, only store credit. All of the deliveries take a minimum of two months to arrive and two of my orders have gotten lost. Then you have to wait another two months for a replacement. It's honestly such a headache dealing with the incredibly slow deliveries, and since you can't get your money back you're either stuck eating the cost or trapped in a customer service loop.
