ReviewArmour is a team of review resolution specialists. We help businesses deal with online reviews that violate the content policies of the platforms they are posted on. A single fake or abusive review can mislead potential customers and damage a reputation that took years to build. Every major review platform has written rules about what is and is not allowed, such as fake or spam reviews, reviews from people who were never customers, conflicts of interest, harassment, hate speech, personal information and off-topic content. When a review breaks those rules, it should be addressed through the right process. That is where we help. We look at each review carefully against the platform's own content policy and tell you honestly whether it qualifies. If it does, we help you resolve it through the platform's official channels, with clear and accurate information. The platform always makes the final decision. Just as important is what we do not do. We do not interfere with legitimate customer feedback. Honest reviews, including negative ones, are part of a fair and trustworthy marketplace, and we respect them. We never post, buy or sell reviews, and we never contact reviewers. ReviewArmour is an independent consultancy. We are not affiliated with Google, Yelp or any review platform, and none of them endorse our services.

Performed exactly as they said!

I own an automotive sales companu, and one rule in this business is you absolutely cannot please everyone all the time, no matter how hard you try. Review Armour contacted me, and at first I was skeptical. They said they could remove negative reviews for my company, and that we would only pay after the review was gone. It is really true! They performed beyond my expectations and were able to remove several unwarranted and defamatory negative Google reviews. They even have a removal guarantee if the same person leaves another review! I don't know exactly how they do it, but they really do get your "problem customer" reviews taken down. I genuinely recommend this company. If you are the type of business who treats your customers well, and you value your good reviews, Review Armour is well worth their fee!
