Great experience
I feel very lucky that I had a brilliant and smooth experience! I was a bit worried about using an App at first, but it was amazing and straightforward actually, as well as really convenient! I often got to speak with my case handler, which was great, and I never felt isolated. My case handler did a fantastic job of always keeping me updated and keeping on top of things! I highly recommend

Was happy to write a review as people do look at reviews when making a decision about a choosing a trade/ company/ product. My only slight problem was, having written & on submitting the review, the site flagged up that there was an error & the review site couldn't be found.
