RevInfotech: Worst company ever with full of politics and ill management

Worst company ever with full of politics and ill management.

Incapable managers, politics, no cafeteria. Focus on time spent on seat vs achieving results, lot of micro management even for the tenured ppl of 5+ yrs exp, backward culture where asking questions to managers is a sin! No market positioning and no job security. Have seen my team members sent home without any notice and 2 months basic. If you are slightly smarter than your manger, chances are you will get partially meets expectation rating, worst case you may be put on pip! Very old laptops and pantry is like a small home like kitchen. Doesn't look an 11 years old IT company at all.
