Ignoring Refund

Purchased a Revitive but shortly changed my mind the same evening. I emailed and provided all of my details and asked for the order to be cancelled before it was shipped. This was on the 20/04 (9 days ago) and I’m still yet to receive a response.

Lo and behold the device arrived anyway on 22/04, and i immediately initiated a return and it was sent back the same day it arrived (22/04) via UPS. UPS tracking confirm it was delivered back to Revitive on 28/04 but the online returns portal still shows as in transit, which is incorrect.

I’ve emailed again but given that I’ve been ignored for 9 days I won’t hold my breath for a response! I’m giving them 24hrs before I initiate a chargeback with my credit card provider as I’ll be able to provide evidence I have tried to contact this company for my refund multiple times and got radio silence in return.

Be careful buying from this company. Promise excellent service and seamless returns upon purchasing, but once they have your money then good luck getting any type of response from them.

Revitive really works and has reduced my pain and swelling

Since starting the revitive 10 weeks program I have increased mobility and strength in my legs. I have been seriously struggling with my mobility since tearing my tendons in rugby. I have been suffering pain swelling and mobility issues since. I can confirm my symptoms have definitely improved. I still have a way to go but the fact I have improved makes this worth every penny.

Purchased this for help with my mobility

Purchased this for help with my circulation and pain in legs and feet. Had it 5 weeks and already feeling the benefits . Identified that I had less feeling in my left foot on the machine against the right . Seem to be getting feeling back and tingles in both my feet . Hoping to see more improvement in the next coming months , that will hopefully improve my mobility .

The machine worked at first

The machine worked at first, then I had to turn it up to maximum and then reduce the setting back to my normal setting as it would not work.
It then started cutting out during my use.
I contacted revitive by email and was told some one would call me, but they didn’t.
I rang them after a couple of weeks and they were helpful in arranging to collect it.
I am currently waiting for a response

3 weeks after placing order

3 weeks after placing order, no information, no delivery information, only when chased did a response indicate item was out for delivery, we will see!!
