Revive of Kings Lynn recently carried out a paint repair on a badly scratched front nearside panel on my BMW X3 M Sport, and I am delighted with the entire experience.

I would like to thank Jake, the manager of the Kings Lynn branch, for his excellent help in advising me and arranging for one of his technicians, Luke, to visit my home and carry out the repair. From the first conversation, Jake was knowledgeable, friendly, and extremely customer‑focused, which immediately gave me confidence that I had chosen the right company.

Luke arrived on the agreed day, right on time. He was polite, friendly, and clearly very knowledgeable. He explained exactly what he would be doing and reassured me that he would repair the damage to my satisfaction. Luke then got straight to work, and a couple of hours later he knocked to say the job was complete.

The result was absolutely excellent. The repaired paintwork is flawless — not a single sign of where the deep scratches had been. The colour match is perfect, the finish is immaculate, and the panel now looks as good as new. Luke is clearly a master of his trade.

In short, thank you to Jake and Luke at Revive Kings Lynn. The service was professional, friendly, efficient, and very cost‑effective. I have no hesitation in recommending Revive Kings Lynn to family and friends, and I will be more than happy to use them again in the future.

The company and staff are brilliant. Worked really hard in the heat on my car and the final result was amazing. They were also great value compared to other quotes we got. Wasn’t the cheapest quote but almost 50% less than two other quotes we received. I’d have no hesitation in recommending the company. Jay who dealt with the quote and Darren who did the work were both very professional and nice people.
