We are sorry to hear that you weren't satisfied with our service! At revive lab we take our customer service very seriously and strive for it to be one of our highest priorities.

After discussing with our technicians and checking our system we can see that you brought your Realm Q2 Pro to us on New years eve. Unfortunately due to the public holidays during this time some of our suppliers were closed or had irregular working hours, making it difficult to source parts for your device. We can also see that you paid £20 to perform a diagnostics check on your device which involves opening the device and checking the serial numbers of parts to see if we can source the required part for your device.

We would like to apologize for any inconvenience that this may have caused you, we understand your frustration though hope this helps explain the situation with a bit more clarity.
